Chris Rosbor is wonderful! My daughter lived at Urban Enclave after being transferred from another property due to ongoing repairs. Chris and his team helped us transition and was there every step of the way, including resolving an issue concerning prior rental payments to the old community. He and his team are professional, caring, responsive, and demonstrate unique skills in solving problems. I am grateful for Chris and would strongly recommend him and his team to anybody seeking student housing.

I wanted to take a moment to share how truly outstanding Caitlin has been in supporting us. Caitlin's professionalism and promptness have made a real difference, and their sense of responsibility shines through in every interaction. Whenever leasing needs arise, you can always count on Caitlin to jump in and provide assistance with both expertise and a helpful attitude. Caitlin is a wonderful staff member who goes above and beyond to make things easier for everyone. Thank you, Caitlin, for being so reliable and supportive!

Had to drive 6.5 hours from Cape Coral to their office to speak to the manager was there but would not come out to talk. She used the student to cover for her, Left my phone number and gave her additional day to call me back. Never had the courtesy of calling back. My daughter room had mold growing because water was coming thru the windows. **The only thing that they are good for is charging students all the fees.*** Stay away.

Chris office manager and Tyson possibly 2 of the best legends of all time. Anytime I have an issue with anything it’s resolved almost instantly. They are the reason I resigned.

Beware of this option if you think you will be in a safe, well ran establishment. Management is not available and is a temp hire. (Staff informed me of this issue) They will tow you from improperly marked spaces. Their response was “we hope to have maintenance repair them so it is clear”. We paid a lot more for this apartment and they couldn’t care less for their students/tenants. I can look past the hundreds of dollars in extra monthly fees that everyone complains about. Also, the broken fridge that took days to replace after stocking up with first move in day groceries. The apartment complex allowing tow companies to profit on their residents who pay to park is really unfortunate. Staff members that fail to tell the truth about the managers 3 hour lunch break. Management has yet to email or call me back.
