Every time I’ve needed something fixed, he handled it quickly and smoothly without any issues. He takes the time to make sure everything is working properly before leaving, which I really appreciate. It’s clear he cares about doing a good job and helping residents.

I have been living at the Venetian for 3 years now, and I have to admit that it wasn't always good. Work orders used to take a long time before they would be completed. Also, we struggled with bug problems for the longest time. This can be a recurring issue for some apartment lots. However, the new management has really changed the apartment complex for the better! You can tell that they are trying their best. The new maintenance team is on top of work orders and does a great job overall. The front office staff is friendly and accommodating. For the rate you are paying this place is a good deal. Finally, I have to say that I've been blessed with some amazing roommates. Shoutout to Candy, Lisa and Ricky! P.S. If any of the Venetian staff is reading this review, please take a look at my window since it doesn't stay open. I'd really appreciate it :)

after living at the venetian for a year, i honestly recommend no college students to live here. the only good thing about the venetian is the price and size of the units, everything other than that isn’t up to par. internet barely works, moved in with broken furniture, and overall is just a very dirty place. don’t recommend to any students but if you can’t afford anything else it’s alright but i don’t recommend.

Property Manager Heather Woeller is the best!!! She is really kind and helpful. I moved in recently and had good experience with the management so far. Highly recommend!
