Very Disappointing Experience This is one of the worst apartments I have ever lived in. The management seems to change almost every year, and it has been very difficult to get consistent help. What I find especially frustrating is that about three months before lease renewal, they start organizing small parties and gatherings in the office, making it look like they really care about the residents. But once the lease is renewed, it feels like they stop caring about maintenance requests and resident concerns. The worst part is that it is extremely difficult to reach the Property Manager or Assistant Manager in person. The staff often says they are not in the office, and some staff members are very rude when residents try to raise legitimate concerns. There is one staff member in particular whose name I unfortunately did not get who was extremely disrespectful and did not seem to care about my concerns. Only one or two staff members seem genuinely willing to help. Overall, the management and maintenance experience has been very disappointing. I would not recommend signing a lease here. This place is infested with roaches and bugs. Think carefully before spending your money here because dealing with poor maintenance and unresponsive management can cost you your peace of mind. And to the management: please keep your response to yourself. Telling residents to reach out directly after they have already tried repeatedly to contact management does not solve the actual problems. Residents should not have to keep chasing management to get basic maintenance issues addressed. Please do not respond with another generic message asking me to contact you directly. The issues have already been reported through the proper channels, and what residents need is action, not another scripted response.

I recently had an amazing experience while touring The Social Seminole! I was in search of something a little more private, such as a studio, and the staff was more than welcome to help me. Aaryn did a great job at explaining the amenities, different floor plans, and pricing. I am starting nursing school soon so noisiness is a big factor for me when picking somewhere to stay. Aaryn ensured me that the community is very calm and quiet, and that I will thrive at getting work done while living here.

Justin Maust is an example of a great employee. He helped me get into my room when I locked myself out and he was not rude about it at all. He was very understanding and a kind man. Couldn’t have thank him enough.

I want to start off firstly by saying everyone was very welcoming and great to interact with especially Ryan during this opportunity to live at this location. He coached me through my application and gave me some understanding regarding the price after screening. My decision to not stay was not because of the location or the people who lived there at all. The amenities were definitely what a college kid or adult would love to experience. I would be living there if I knew the complete total upfront and not have to sign lease before screening when that’s usually before the payment but that’s what I’m used to for many living locations. Overall , if I had the income to stay in 2/2 or 1/1 , I will definitely would have moved there. Their prices are reasonable in my opinion and near many places I visit and my job area. I recommend this place for many people who are looking for great living aesthetic and amenities. I want to thank Ryan for his understanding and cooperation and the staff for bearing with me during this process.

James Nelson was super helpful and very accommodating. Came back again and Lyrehc and Glen were beyond helpful for a technology challenged mom helping her child move into his first apartment. Knowing these are the kind people in the office is so reassuring!
