I cannot say enough good things about my experience with The Social Seminole! The community atmosphere is fantastic, the amenities are top-notch, and the location is perfect for student life. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the staff, specifically Aaryn. From the moment I walked in, Aaryn has gone above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. Whether it’s answering questions about leasing, handling requests quickly, or just greeting everyone with a warm, professional, and friendly attitude, the customer service is unmatched. If you are looking for a place that feels like home and actually cares about its residents, look no further. Psssst- ask for Aaryn if you want a seamless, stress-free experience! 10/10 recommend!

I want to start off firstly by saying everyone was very welcoming and great to interact with especially Ryan during this opportunity to live at this location. He coached me through my application and gave me some understanding regarding the price after screening. My decision to not stay was not because of the location or the people who lived there at all. The amenities were definitely what a college kid or adult would love to experience. I would be living there if I knew the complete total upfront and not have to sign lease before screening when that’s usually before the payment but that’s what I’m used to for many living locations. Overall , if I had the income to stay in 2/2 or 1/1 , I will definitely would have moved there. Their prices are reasonable in my opinion and near many places I visit and my job area. I recommend this place for many people who are looking for great living aesthetic and amenities. I want to thank Ryan for his understanding and cooperation and the staff for bearing with me during this process.

I had the pleasure of meeting Lyrehc in the front office. She was incredibly helpful and had lots of positive energy. She gave us a great tour and assisted us in filling out our application efficiently. Overall, it was a wonderful experience working with her.

I recently had an amazing experience while touring The Social Seminole! I was in search of something a little more private, such as a studio, and the staff was more than welcome to help me. Aaryn did a great job at explaining the amenities, different floor plans, and pricing. I am starting nursing school soon so noisiness is a big factor for me when picking somewhere to stay. Aaryn ensured me that the community is very calm and quiet, and that I will thrive at getting work done while living here.

Mya was absolutely amazing throughout the leasing process! She was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions, kept me informed every step of the way, and made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Her excellent customer service and positive attitude really stood out. I truly appreciate her!
