This property is excellent but I think what truly separates the social 2700 is the staff. I’m always greeted warmly and with a readiness to assist. India sets the tone for the office and employees like Daja are amazing at maintaining and upholding the standard of professionalism and customer service. If youre looking for somewhere to stay please give the social 2700 a look they have something for everyone and it’s a great location as well it’s 15 mins from any and everything. Thank you for creating a such a wonderful experience for me! I just wanted to do my part by spreading the vibes!!!

I had an amazing experience with India at The Social 2700! She was absolutely hilarious and has such a great personality. Her energy is contagious, and she made the entire experience enjoyable and welcoming. India is a fantastic representation of the company professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. You can tell she takes pride in what she does. On top of that, she’s clearly a smart and driven student, which makes her even more impressive. Keep shining, India — you’re doing an incredible job!

Daja made getting my first townhouse apartment such a smooth and exciting experience! As a first-time renter, I had so many questions, but she was patient, professional, and really had my best interest at heart. She communicated clearly, moved quickly, and made sure I understood every step of the process. Because of her, I’m officially in my first townhouse and couldn’t be happier. If you’re looking for someone who truly gets it done, Daja is the one!

If there is one thing that I could say about this apartment, it is that you should not stay here. This has been one of the worst apartments that I’ve ever stayed at. If I had the means to break my lease earlier, I would’ve done so, but because I couldn’t I was stuck there for 10 months. From roaches to sewage backing up into my bathtub (multiple times) to trash being all over the apartment complex (multiple times) to water leaking from the downstairs ceiling (multiple times) to water leaking from the upstairs ceiling (multiple times). I have had the displeasure of gaining entirely too many experiences at this apartment. Now what I can say. The rent is low 725, I paid about 830 each month but everything else about this apartment is not worth it. You are better than this apartment complex, and you deserve to live somewhere that can meet basic human needs, and can maintain an apartment. Please, please, please, please, please, please do not sign a lease here. I hope that you do not have the experience that I had. This place is not worth it, and you will save peace of mind if you pay a little bit more to go somewhere else just so you can have a place that doesn’t require you to fumigate it. I promise you there is a roach infestation. Also, I just had to pay for three months of utilities at the very end because the apartment complex was unwilling to go through the billing that the city of Tallahassee gives them for utilities. You’re gonna go from paying around 830 a month to at the very end to paying $1300. THIS PLACE IS NOT WORTH IT.

This apartment complex was so nice! Very well kept and clean. The service was also incredible. Alejandra helped me and not only was not super patient and nice the whole time, but also seemed to really care and want to help me to the best of her ability.
