I am only leaving 2 stars so they cannot remove this, because it should be 0 stars. Aside from disgusting living conditions: a broken dishwasher with rotten water when i first moved in, roaches upon move in, my room flooded once for no reason from the wall, mold on my bathroom ceiling, and they gave me destroyed couches that looked like you got them out of the trash and replaced them a year later, everything constantly breaking because nobody properly maintains anything, water going out, they had the audacity to charge me 150 extra for a cleaning fee, 150 for damage to my doorframe, when i genuinely left it cleaner then when I came in. I obviously disputed these costs and the cleaning fee was removed, but how can you charge me 150 for the aging of a door? When I moved in the hardware was not even secured properly and I screwed it in myself, and now I am being charged for the curvature and splitting of the wood in a door frame that only happens with age? Im attaching the image anyways. The people who work at the front desks are nice at least but whoever is in charge of this complex is a scam artist.

I was not going to leave a review originally, however, I was charged a $21 cleaning fee for a room that had to be cleaned regardless since I moved out. So I will also add on my 2 cents as well. Dont ever move here. Sometimes you will be without water ALLL DAY, they dont always send out an email when the water will be shut off. I believe this problem will continue to arise. Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT MOVE HERE. Speaking as a tallahassee local, they also have terrible roach problems, the lights to see to get to your apartment are NOT guaranteed. Sometimes there are homeless people lurking in the courtyard. There are really bad fungal gnat issues & internet connection issues. The building is old so you can definitely hear the people above you do EVERYTHING. Every. Single. Thing. I have complained a bunch and nothing is ever done about anything I complain about. They have misplaced packages as well. I know it’s cheap but save up and do NOT STAY HERE. I cant prove that the building has mold however I can say I definitely experienced all the signs of living within a mold contaminated space. Would spend hours cleaning on a saturday for the dirt and grime to come back IMMEDIATELY. I had to out my shower curtain regularly because black spots kept growing on it. Where I reside now I do not have this issue and thats not a coincidence. This company is greedy and will nickel and dime you for everything while doing as little as possible to help out. TWO STARS JUST SO THEY CANT HAVE THIS REVIEW REMOVED!!!!! WOULD GIVE NEGATIVE IF I COULD!!!!
