I don’t recommend living here unless you like your cortisol through the roof! It is NOT 4.5 stars. First off, they tell residents to post 5-star reviews on their website in order to be able to participate in free events. I’ve lived here since they first opened, and I’ve had various issues with the management team. From false lease information, to my own car being towed from the parking garage that I pay to park in, to blaring false fire alarms throughout the middle of the night right before an exam—it has been awful. The complex is not run by many adults, so it can be chaotic and unpredictable. Most of the time, the management team is on their phones having a social hour by the front desk. They tend to not communicate with one another, and they unfortunately give out incorrect and false information regarding leases, deals, and documents. It’s highly disappointing how much stress this apartment complex has caused, especially for the amount of money we pay to live here. Yet, they do not care to listen or even clean the filthy, disgusting floors we walk past every day.

The Met has been a great place to live! It’s clean, modern, and well-maintained. The amenities are convenient, and the location is perfect for getting around. Sara has been incredibly helpful and made the whole move-in process easy and stress-free. She always answers questions quickly and genuinely cares about the residents. Love it here and I’m definitely renewing my lease for next year!

I was considering signing at this apartment complex, but after seeing the way they advertise their residents, I completely changed my mind. Using photos of residents in revealing clothing like crop tops for marketing feels inappropriate and honestly creepy. It gives off the impression that management is more focused on sexualizing young residents than creating a safe and professional living environment. As a parent, I would never feel comfortable having my daughter live somewhere that promotes people this way. It may seem like something small, but because of this, I will not be signing a lease here.

DO NOT RENT HERE! I am going to have to sublet next year and honestly don’t know if I could feel comfortable selling another family on that idea. More than likely chalking up the loss. Last year, guests of another room damaged areas and forced their way into our daughter’s room. We were greeted with a 7 day eviction notice in the AM. Once they learned everything, the 7 day notice was pulled with any further clarification or apologies for incorrect information on their end. Multiples emails threatening the pool closure even though that have video evidence of the policy violators. Another email of threatening to call the police on all roommates when they had video evidence of who hit the already damaged and broken gate and refused to pick up the phone to discuss the matter. Mind you the gate has not been working until 2 months ago… 18 months after opening. They were so kind to send a blanket valet trash policy reminder on Friday while students were on Spring break to quickly hit a written violation notice on Monday. I called to get clarification as my daughter was not at the building until well after the written violation notice was sent which was met with attitude from the new girl working the phones. She was so new that she didn’t put me on hold properly and could hear her complaining about the call. The classic though… an actual fire happens and crickets. The automated system must have “glitched” to why no notification of it was sent to me, their words not mine. The residents have so many fire alarms they are never sure if there is a fire or not. The only way to get real attention is show up in person or call pretending to be interested in renting from there. I have talked many parents and all are moving out with nothing but negatives. Save yourself the headaches and safety of your children

I would like to give a special shout out to Shay. We have been looking at different venues for Fall 2026 rental. As a parent I had MANY questions all of which she answered professionally, thoroughly and patiently. I was very impressed with her excellent customer service and care. Today I required some further assistance and Tori was also so very helpful. I am quite impressed with the leasing team and their willingness to help and assist. We are looking forward to signing on...but am still having some issues logging in to complete my app so hopefully that will get resolved rapidly.
