Raeghan was seriously amazing to work with at this apartment complex. From the start, she was super helpful, easy to talk to, and always had a great attitude. Her customer service was top tier and she made everything feel smooth and stress free. Anytime I had questions or needed help with something, she was quick to respond and always made sure I was taken care of. You can tell she actually cares about the residents and takes pride in what she does. She’s very professional, nice, and honestly just a beautiful person inside and out.

Raeghan was wonderful throughout the entire experience. She clearly cares deeply about both the apartment complex and the people who live there. Every interaction with her was positive, genuine, and professional, and you can tell she takes a lot of pride in what she does. She spoke so highly of the community, was incredibly knowledgeable, and made everything feel welcoming and comfortable. It’s rare to meet someone who is so consistently kind, helpful, and passionate about their job. She truly made a lasting impression!

I don’t recommend living here unless you like your cortisol through the roof! It is NOT 4.5 stars. First off, they tell residents to post 5-star reviews on their website in order to be able to participate in free events. I’ve lived here since they first opened, and I’ve had various issues with the management team. From false lease information, to my own car being towed from the parking garage that I pay to park in, to blaring false fire alarms throughout the middle of the night right before an exam—it has been awful. The complex is not run by many adults, so it can be chaotic and unpredictable. Most of the time, the management team is on their phones having a social hour by the front desk. They tend to not communicate with one another, and they unfortunately give out incorrect and false information regarding leases, deals, and documents. It’s highly disappointing how much stress this apartment complex has caused, especially for the amount of money we pay to live here. Yet, they do not care to listen or even clean the filthy, disgusting floors we walk past every day.

My sister and I toured with Raegan today and she was great!! She had such a welcoming personality and was very nice. She answered all of our questions and provided great feedback and insight on the community!

I can imagine managing student housing can be a challenge in some regards. However, this community is so poorly ran the difficulties override any amenities or other positive to living here. It is impossible to speak to anyone with the ability or interest in help. Mail from the post office, UPS, Amazon or any of the different couriers never seems to make it where it needs to be. When the unit next to my daughter is caught fire earlier this year she was not even contacted and we tried to speak to management they responded with a bunch of lies and misinformation. Then they only reply that we got from the corporate office was to repeat the misinformation that was given to us by they on-site property management. For the money, I imagine there several better options for your student.
