The Mark is such an amazing place to live. I can't picture myself anywhere else, I chose to resign again for next year and I am excited to live here again! The amenities are my favorite part because the study lounge is open 24/7 when you do not want to walk to the library. I always recommend my friends to live here and they love it. The apartments are band new and not run down so if you are looking for a nice, clean, and new place to live I would definitely recommend. Maintenance also comes within 24 hours from my experience. If you are looking for new apartment complexes I would definitely look at living at The Mark and tour with Alex!

I had an amazing experience signing my lease with Sebastian Fonseca and Renee at the leasing office. They walked me through all the amenties and showed me all the floor plans they offered at the mark. Their insight was extremely helpful choosing the best floorplan for my needs.

I recently toured this property and had a great experience. The community offers a wide variety of amenities that really stand out and make the property feel welcoming and comfortable. Everything was well maintained and thoughtfully designed, which made it easy to imagine living there. Trinity, the leasing agent, did an excellent job during the tour. She was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain all the details about the property, the amenities, and the leasing process. I would recommend her when taking a tour.

Myriah McAlpine is an exceptional Resident Service Manager for The Mark of Tallahassee. She is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents and the overall community experience. All of my questions and concerns were handled promptly and with a positive attitude, which makes all of the difference. Everything was clear, organized, and proactive. You can tell she takes pride in keeping the property running smoothly and creating a welcoming environment for everyone who lives here. The Mark of Tallahassee is fortunate to have her leadership. I highly recommend working with her and truly appreciate the effort she puts into making the community a great place to live.

As a parent, it’s not easy having your child live hours away, but The Mark Tallahassee has given me complete peace of mind. The location, layouts and amenities are fantastic! The pool, gym, and study rooms create a great balance of fun and focused space for students. The building is beautiful and well-maintained. The true MVP’s for me are the staff. Jeri, Myriah, and Jeff have been absolutely amazing. They genuinely care, and that makes all the difference. Knowing my daughter is in such great hands means everything. I highly recommend The Mark to any parent looking for a safe, supportive community for their student!
