The apartment complex is very nice, great location. Beware of Chase, in management office, he is relentless with issues unnecessary fines. We understand there has to be rules but he’s over the top. The only reason I’m giving this a 5 star is because of Myriah in the front office. She is amazing. Very easy to work with and understands that these are college kids living in these apartments. She’s the best! The Mark should do everything they can to retain her.

The Mark is such an amazing place to live. I can't picture myself anywhere else, I chose to resign again for next year and I am excited to live here again! The amenities are my favorite part because the study lounge is open 24/7 when you do not want to walk to the library. I always recommend my friends to live here and they love it. The apartments are band new and not run down so if you are looking for a nice, clean, and new place to live I would definitely recommend. Maintenance also comes within 24 hours from my experience. If you are looking for new apartment complexes I would definitely look at living at The Mark and tour with Alex!
