This place is an absolute mess. I never lived here, but my girlfriend did so I spent a LOT of time here throughout her lease. The apartment was nasty on move in. It was obvious the previous tenant that lived in my girlfriend's room had a cat because there was cat hair all in the carpet, meaning they barely bothered cleaning the place. The air quality was awful, even me as a person with very little allergies found my eyes burning after being in the unit too long. My girlfriend and all of her roommates got sick with a couple of them getting bronchitis. This place does not replace the air filter between residents, as was evident when we decided to investigate the air conditioner and found the filter coated in a thick layer of dust and hair. This layer was so thick it managed to entomb an entire cockroach. I mean that shit was BLACK when they looked at it. The a/c did not cool the apartment equally, with my girlfriend's roommates recording a temperature on a thermometer in their rooms that was significantly higher than my girlfriend's room. The single elevator in the building is awful and has broken on a couple occasions while I was in it. There were times where the elevator would be broken for multiple weeks. On move out after my girlfriend disconnected her air purifier we noticed a really strange smell in the apartment but had no idea where it was coming from. Also, forget about guest parking, if you want to park your car for longer than 30 minutes prepare to shell out a good chunk of change. One of my friends spent a couple hundred bucks because he was visiting his girlfriend for a weekend. For the price point they are asking for, the living conditions are unacceptable

I’ve lived at Luxe on West Call and overall it’s just… okay. The amenities look nice in photos, but in reality they’re pretty average. The pool, gym, and common areas are usable, but nothing stands out as luxury. The appliances in the units are also fine, but again, just okay. Even after the “updates,” the flooring and finishes still feel basic and not as upgraded as advertised. The biggest issue, though, is if you live on the top floor of a building. Be prepared for people walking on the roof late at night. It is not occasional. It happens enough to be frustrating, especially when you are trying to sleep. You can clearly hear the footsteps, and it sounds like people are right above your ceiling. What makes it worse is the response from management and their so-called security. If you report it, they are extremely slow to respond. By the time security gets there, the people on the roof are already gone. There has not been any real solution implemented. The only noticeable change has been putting up signs, which clearly has not stopped anyone. If you are considering living here, just know that the place looks decent on the surface, but the noise issue on the top floor and the lack of effective response from management is something you should seriously think about.

Disgraceful management. Apartment was filthy on move in. We paid for professional cleaners and carpet cleaners. On move out each girl was charged around $300 each. We send emails, letters, phone calls etc and we have pictures to prove her room was clean. No one would speak to us. Absolutely do not use this apartment complex.

While I am not staying here, the staff was incredibly sweet. The tour was thorough and the facilities seem good. Overall the experience was good. The place is centered and close to campus, which is convenient.
