I was fortunate to have Brenda help us with finding an apartment for my son’s first year of college, and I truly couldn’t be more grateful. From the very beginning, Brenda was professional, clear, and incredibly dedicated. She guided us through the entire process — from searching for the right place to signing the lease — always with a positive attitude and patiently answering every question. What I appreciated most was how she made us feel comfortable and confident, which is so important when making big decisions for a young person starting a new chapter in life. Thanks to her experience and commitment, we found a safe, comfortable, and well-located home for my son. I genuinely hope everything with the apartment goes as smoothly as the process with Brenda. If it does, we’ll know we made the right choice. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to any family looking for guidance and peace of mind with student housing

I've lived here for nearly 5 years now, and I've never even considered moving. Great location, great staff, great events. I'm much more of an introvert, and even I have a lovely time here. If you like people, I can only imagine this place would give you even more reasons to love it.

I've been invited here a few times to help with decorating and I am really amazed at how much Rikki goes hard for the residents. She showed me her calendar and every week she has something new to do, games, dress up days, parties, a DJ, full buffets, random giveaways. They even had a day for small businesses to come and showcase. I met 3 new local businesses at the event. The elevator came in clutch hauling balloon garlands and racks. I like the vibe here.. It's modern Japandi with a nice pool deck and special places to relax and study. There's also a common room with a complimentary coffee machine. I always get the hot cocoa. 😋 Everyone I've met there has been nice. Excited to come back and decorate again.

This is going to be my very first bad review I’ve posted about anything, but I have a lot to say so bear with me. I was spending twice as much as my roommates on rent for the entire lease. We had lived in this complex the year before with minimal problems, and my roommate had asked management if they could switch us to another room with a balcony, and they confirmed with her multiple times that both of us would be moving to a room with a balcony, as long as we were fine living in a five bedroom instead of four. Move in day comes, we hadn’t been to our other apartment over the summer and everything is covered in mold. I had to throw away so much that I owned. we have no balcony in our new one, are still in a five bedroom, and they only moved my roommate and not me. They upcharged me for a late move notice… offered a special discount for late move ins a day or two after I moved in and refused to apply it to me.. and all of this would be (hardly) bearable EXCEPT for the fact this place was not worth anywhere near the the price that I was paying. There is constantly weird liquids all over the floor, dog pee and poop everywhere (especially the elevators). The packages room has been down on multiple occasions , trash is constantly overflowing in every trash room it smells disgusting, I’ve never seen a trash can in the parking garage without being so full there is trash scattered all around it. When my roommate first moved in, she had torn up carpet scattered all across her room, it was a mess. At one point this year, part of the door near the pool broke off and broke her finger. We were told we would be living with these two girls, and then three completely different people showed up in our apartment with no warning. One of the girls we were living with made me genuinely scared to be living in the same vicinity, she said she hits people and would often talk to herself about having to control her anger towards us loudly in the living room and get in screaming matches with guests at 2 in the morning. We emailed the management more than once just to let them know that we had warned them in case someone ended up getting hurt and see if they could do anything to help us, and not once did anyone respond . The sole reason I doubted posting this is because they give away cute like free food and do bingo and stuff like that, then I realized the extra price I was paying would have covered these for everyone in the apartment for a whole year. Also never had visitors because there is no way for them to park at the apartment, so don’t expect to have friends over. All the management I’ve spoken to is relatively nice, but that doesn’t excuse the terrible terrible experience I had living here the second year.

I have had a very positive experience at the Locale whenever there is an issue the management team responds at a timely manner which makes working with them great. Overall the staff will always try to help to the best of their abilities. Besides that the apartment itself is very modern including many amenities which are frequently taken care of. This is one of the only apartments that I would recommend to my friends
