I love how they’re always doing something for the residents, whether it’s hosting events or providing free food, which I really appreciate. It makes the community feel more welcoming and gives residents a chance to interact with each other. I’ve met and conversed with Shola and you can genuinely tell that he enjoys his job and interacting with the residents. He has a great personality, is always friendly, and provides really good customer service. The leasing agents are great as well and have always been helpful and welcoming.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. I had one of the worst experiences living here. We dealt with a major leak and constantly running toilets, which resulted in a water bill of nearly $2,000. Even after reporting these issues through multiple maintenance requests, it often took weeks for them to be addressed. Despite the delays, I was still expected to pay the extremely high utility bills caused by problems that were out of my control. The photo I attached is a result of the leak that was not attended to in a timely manner . Rosiland was not helpful throughout the process. She was dismissive, refused to properly address our concerns, and even declined to speak with my roommate and me about the situation until we mentioned involving attorneys. To make matters worse, they also tried to hold us financially responsible for issues we did not cause, seemingly to replace appliances at the tenants’ expense. I could write an entire essay about the problems I experienced while living here. If you’re considering moving here, I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and financial burden.

‼️‼️DO NOT RENT HERE‼️‼️The absolute worse. Tge pictures on the website do not match what you see in person. Just moved in and already having issues. They tell you one thing and then do something total out different. I put a work order in a month ago and was told they were fixing the issue and nothing. Now I'm being told to place another work order. Now I'm being charged money that's not even in my lease. You call the office and whoever answering the phone doesn't want to be bothered. Instead of explaining they just repeat the samething over and over again. I wish I knew this before moving in this place. Haven't even used anything in the kitchen so why is the garbage disposal not working? Why does the sink water not run properly? Like why are yall moving people in and out without fixing what needs to be fixed yall make to much money for this mess.

Bed bugs and leaks all throughout , front office will tell you someone is on the way to help and no one ever shows up. Do not come here! I genuinely wish I could give negative stars, the front desk is terrible at communicating and the property manager is the laziest person I’ve ever met. It’s been two weeks of asking for the WiFi password and still have not gotten it to this day and all they say is the property manager is working on it and always say she is busy when I saw her at chipotle when she was supposedly doing our WiFi and getting our bed bugs taken care of. Please please please do not ever stay here.

I am a current resident of The Capitol and recently reported an extremely serious incident involving a member of management. After coming forward, I felt dismissed and accused of lying rather than supported. My concerns were not handled with the level of professionalism, compassion, and urgency that I believe any resident deserves. Law enforcement has been contacted, and the matter is currently being investigated. Because of that, I will not discuss every detail publicly at this time. However, I am deeply disappointed in the way my complaint was handled and in what I believe was a failure to prioritize resident safety. Prospective residents should carefully consider how important management accountability and resident well-being are when choosing where to live.
