I moved to The Asher in January 2025, and overall my experience has been good. Management is (although it changed alot) helpful, and maintenance is really good and fast. My apartment also looked exactly like the model apartment, when I moved. I also loved that they gym is 24 hours and its a decent size. The front office is really nice too. Besides that ,I’ve only had one major issue since moving here. . Sometimes things may get done without your permission or without clearly communicating it first. However my issue was fixed quickly. So I would just recommend making sure you stay in communication with them. Overall, The Asher has been a good place to stay.

I loveddd viewing this complex!! It’s very beautiful especially with the water view I could definitely see my self living here in August and can’t wait!! Ryleigh was extremely helpful in explaining the deals they had for rent and the manager I think the property manager mya. She was really nice as well, honestly they both were amazing. I did do the tour and loved the apt it self. The only thing is I’m not used to having a roommate but Ryleigh explained the process and I can’t wait to see who my roomie will be

Mya has been absolutely exceptional! From the very beginning, she was incredibly responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful. No matter how many questions I had, she always took the time to answer them thoroughly and made sure I felt informed every step of the way. Her communication was outstanding, and she consistently followed up promptly whenever I needed assistance. What stood out most was her willingness to go above and beyond to help. Mya made the entire process seamless and stress-free, and her dedication to excellent customer service did not go unnoticed. If you have the opportunity to work with Mya, you're in great hands. She is a tremendous asset to the team, and I can't thank her enough for all of her help!

My sister, our best friend, and I lived here for a year, and despite having high hopes, this was easily one of the worst living experiences we’ve ever had. The rent may seem affordable (around $850/month with utilities), but after living here, I can confidently say it’s not worth it. The apartment itself is spacious, which is the only positive thing I can honestly say. We kept our apartment spotless and decorated it beautifully, but none of that mattered because the property itself is so poorly maintained. The pest problem is unbelievable. Throughout the year we dealt with huge roaches, flies, and countless other bugs. Most recently, we found what appeared to be colonies of termites. There was also a massive hole behind our air conditioner where bugs were entering the apartment. Maintenance’s solution? Spray foam over part of the hole while leaving other openings untouched. That pretty much sums up how maintenance is handled here. Speaking of maintenance, our air conditioner flooded our apartment FOUR separate times. Every time it was “fixed,” it failed again within a couple of months. Water soaked our floors and eventually traveled into the vacant unit, where mold began growing. No one even checked on that apartment for an extended period, leaving water and mold to sit. The biggest issue, though, is safety. There were multiple shootings or reports of gunfire either inside The Asher parking lot or immediately outside the complex during the year we lived here. Police were at this complex constantly. On one occasion, someone was shot on our building steps during an attempted armed robbery connected to fake dog sale listings. We only realized something serious had happened because we heard the gunshots outside our door and then had police outside looking into our apartment windows. Management never sent an email, never warned residents, never acknowledged what happened, and never made any apparent effort to communicate with tenants about serious safety incidents. The front gates are essentially useless because they don’t lock, making it incredibly easy for anyone to walk onto the property. Our Ring camera regularly recorded strangers wandering through our hallway in the middle of the night. Guest parking is almost nonexistent, while tow trucks seem to be one of the few things consistently operating at this complex. Then there are the amenities they advertise. The pool was “closed for maintenance” for nearly the entire year. We maybe saw it open for about a month total. The gym is equally neglected. One out of the three treadmills remained broken for the entire year and rocks while you’re using it. Multiple other machines were damaged and never repaired. The advertised pickleball court isn’t even fenced in, so good luck playing without worrying about hitting parked cars. The saddest part is that this property has so much potential. The apartment layouts are nice, but management completely fails when it comes to maintenance, communication, amenities, and resident safety. Don’t let discounted rent convince you to sign a lease. Cheap rent means nothing if you’re dealing with pests, repeated flooding, broken amenities, constant police activity, and wondering whether you’ll feel safe walking to your apartment at night. I would never recommend The Asher to anyone looking for a safe, well-managed place to live.

They have people who aren’t even residents, give 5 star reviews so those are pushed to the top but they are all lies and probably paid reviews and this is coming from a tenant. Management is useless, careless, and unprofessional. They lose interest in their tenants and reveal loopholes in promos/move in specials after a lease has already been signed. Their only concern is to get as many people as they can to sign a lease because once you do, you’re trapped. There’s a reason they don’t charge an application fee or ask for much information. I had multiple evictions on my record as well as a felon for a criminal offense and they didn’t question either. I applied one day and signed my lease that very same day and I completely regret it. It’s been AWFUL living here, all the negative reviews are true and I’m not sure why they got new management because things have gotten worse since they took over.
