The staff is mostly students living in the same units, so they know exactly what it feels like to get terrible service from a leasing office and they're super nice and helpful. One of the maintenance workers there, Garrett, is very friendly and he gets those work orders done *quick*. I can't quite give 5 stars though because the units themselves are pretty old.

We have recently moved in and the whole process of moving in was very easy Kaitlyn and Ethan were very helpful and made us feel very welcomed. The two maintenance men that came out for the small issues were very friendly and resolved the issues very fast. We are very appreciated.

Had a great experience over the phone recently. I was calling with questions concerning housing next year, and team member Jason cleared every thing up for me. Super nice, and sounded well organized

I’m going to say this as nice as possible. If you are a parent please make sure you child is taken care of. SHS MANAGEMENT HAS DONE A 360 change and it’s for the worst. Are they nice: yes but is work completed in a fair time, depends on who you ask. As a tenant who has been here over 3 years we have seen management change and let’s just say hit or miss. Don’t get water damage in your unit we can guarantee that SHS will do anything to cover up. Even if they ask us to change this review, I’m being actually nice not going even deeper than what and how the public should really know about this complex ohh and don’t let us forget when it’s time for new tenants!! You can guarantee they won’t do a damn thing. Trash everywhere animals doing backflips in trash cans, grass growing.. dog poop everywhere literally what’s the point of paying.. oh and don’t be the person to speak up trust me they won’t do it any faster actually they play dumb like I said this is not even scratching the surface! I’m sure they are glad and so are we but we won’t be resigning with this 2/5 star property management company

AVOID, StudentHousingSolutions!!!!. My son's apartment got flodded while he was out of town, even so we can't use the apartment ( mind you we are paying the rent) while repairing the unit our electric bill increade three fold. They saying it is our responsibly to pay that. So I ask if my sonwould have been assigned another unit while the repairs are happening, he would have to be responsibe for 2 electric bills? Answer: YES STAY AWAY from this company. It took foever for someone to even call back.
