Huge thank you to the entire maintenance team, especially JB! Every time I've submitted a maintenance request, they've responded quickly, been professional, and completed the job thoroughly. They're always friendly and respectful of our apartment. It's such a relief knowing that maintenance issues are handled so efficiently. Having a dependable team like this makes living here so much easier. Thank you for all of your hard work and for helping keep our community running smoothly!

I just wanted to give a huge thank you to the maintenance man at statehouse Woodward . He has gone above and beyond for me every single time I needed help and honestly did more for my apartment than anyone else there combined. No matter what the issue was, he was always quick to respond, professional, hardworking, and genuinely cared about getting things fixed the right way. It’s rare to find someone who puts that much effort into helping residents, and it definitely didn’t go unnoticed. Truly appreciate everything he’s done. JB, our maintenance man, is the BEST. He takes such good care of our apartment and always comes as soon as he can whenever we place a maintenance order. He is so kind and has really taken the time to get to know my roommates and I make sure we feel safe in our first college apartment. Thank you so much JB!!

This was my first year living here and I’ve happily re- signed. While I think it’s expensive to live here, management and especially the amazing maintenance staff are worth it. Maintenance in particular I want to thank. During the craze that is move out, the time they spent cleaning up the mess that we, the residents, made is incredible. I looked through to see if there was anything salvageable, and I did find some nice stuff, but I also found leaking bags of cat litter, expired food, etc, that the maintenance staff cleaned with a smile. They’re the nicest of guys, respectful, professional, funny, and have a great attitude. I’ve rarely called them, but when I have even for something I think may become a problem in the future, they’ve been a pleasure to have an incredibly thorough. Top shelf guys.

JB is what makes the place! He is always greeting guests with the most positive energy and is always making sure everything and everyone’s is good. This place wouldn’t be running if it weren’t for him.
