If I could give less than one star, I would. My daughter lived here for two years, and my experience dealing with the staff has been extremely disappointing. From the start, it was clear that management simply does not care about the residents. When my daughter moved out, I went above and beyond to ensure the apartment was spotless — in fact, it was in better condition than when she moved in. I even asked Elizabeth, one of the staff members, to inspect the room on the spot so there would be no issues later. She refused and said, “you should be fine.” Fast forward to yesterday — a month after moving out — I received a final bill charging me for a nightstand replacement that was perfectly fine when we left. This feels like nothing more than an unfair attempt to squeeze more money out of students and their families. When I called to dispute the charge, I asked to speak with Elizabeth, but Alexa (who answered the phone) refused to put her on. I remained professional and polite, even while frustrated, yet Alexa abruptly hung up on me. Completely unacceptable behavior from staff who are supposed to be helping paying tenants. The saddest part is that these students are treated as if they don’t matter — but they pay rent like everyone else and deserve respect. Unfortunately, it feels like the owners and management of State House Varsity don’t care at all about fairness or accountability. If you’re considering housing in State House in Tallahassee, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Update so in there email with the final invoice it said if I have any questions to email them, I did three times with no response I am asking them to prove to me the damage they are saying happened to a night stand. No response, I just received a certified letter telling me that if I don't pay they will send me to collections. This is crazy they refuse to send me any proof and won't call me or respond back. Just WOW

As a resident of 3 years, this place has everything you need as a college student. It's next to the football stadium, next to campus, next to college town, and a short walk to Publix for all your grocery needs. Maintenance is great and the staff is very friendly.

Seriously the best apartment ever!! The apartment is super clean, and maintenance issues get fixed relatively quickly!! There’s so much space in every room and overall it’s been amazing living here! Would recommend!!

Lovely building, fantastic staff, the apartments are really nice. Beautiful views of the stadium, and the parking garage is attached which is really convenient and adds a layer of safety for your student. Overall I’d recommend these apartments for your student!
