I had an outstanding experience with Jenn and staff at ReNew. From the very beginning, they were professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. They made the leasing process smooth and stress-free, answered every question promptly, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled efficiently. What really stands out is their dedication to the residents. They are always approachable, kind, and quick to resolve any concerns. The property is clearly well-managed, clean, and welcoming because of their hard work and attention to detail. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism with such a warm and personable attitude. Their commitment to creating a positive living environment truly shows every day. I highly recommend this apartment community, and much of that is thanks to such exceptional management.

This is the worst place I have ever lived, without exaggeration. Every single aspect of living here has been a failure. Safety is not a guarantee here — it is a gamble. Police show up on this property almost every week. Gunshots are heard from this community on a regular basis. That is not something any resident should have to accept, and it has never been addressed. The maintenance here is a disgrace. The pool is constantly broken or unusable. The walkways are neglected and left in disrepair. The trash bins overflow constantly, sitting for days, rotting, and stinking up the entire property. Nothing is maintained the way it should be for what residents are paying. The utility bills are outrageous and unexplained. Every month the amount goes up, and every month there is no breakdown, no justification, nothing. Just a higher number and silence when you ask why. The management here does not care about residents. There is no accountability, no communication, and no access. The only people you are allowed to speak to have no power to fix anything. Every request to speak to a property manager directly is refused with the same excuse — they are always "in a meeting." I have lived here for a long time and have never once spoken to a property manager on the phone or gotten a scheduled call back. This property takes people's money and gives nothing in return — not safety, not maintenance, not honesty, not basic respect. I regret ever moving here, and I would not wish this experience on anyone.

I had such a great experience with Jacob from ReNew Apartments! I spoke with him over the phone, and he was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire conversation. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explain everything clearly, and made the process easy to understand. His positive attitude and willingness to help truly stood out. You can tell he genuinely cares about assisting prospective residents and creating a welcoming experience from the very first interaction. Thank you, Jacob, for making the experience such a pleasant one and I look forward to moving in!

I'm going into my second year at Renew, and one thing I can say for sure is that Tati and Ari consistently provide amazing customer service. Whenever I have a problem, I make sure to speak with them. In my opinion, they are the ones who keep Renew residents happy and maintain the complex as a true home.

Kara provided exceptional customer service from beginning to end. She was professional, attentive, and made the entire experience feel easy and stress-free. She answered all of my questions thoroughly and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the process. Her positive attitude and willingness to help truly stood out.
