Redpoint West Tenn, tallahassee-fl

This is a follow up to my review from July. We have continued to receive insufficient pest control from Redpoint. Our new roommate has gone into the office a MULTITUDE of times and we have all continued trying to get a resolution to this. The roaches have only gotten worse. On one occasion that my roommate went in she was told by management that 'Orkin' said dots of bait is enough and they won't be spraying. They have tried baiting before and it did nothing last DECEMBER. On another occasion my roommate was told by email and in person that a manager has been by and didn't see any roaches. Well I have attached evidence that we haven't been lying about seeing roaches just for fun for TEN MONTHS. Newsflash roaches are nocturnal!! Redpoint has made it abundantly clear they are cheap and don't care one bit about their residents. You can host all the arts and crafts events you want but it means nothing when you avoid providing actual basic housing needs such as a clean space without a roach infestation. p.s. These were all taken in the last week and what looks like crumbs in the video is the wood behind the sink thats been shedding since before we moved in!

I have been trying to get help since early May. No one will contact me back. No one will help. Please. Please. Please someone help with my son’s apartment. It’s infested with roaches! Rental is supposed to include pest control and no one has sprayed at all.

Be aware!! They are scammers!!!! They say one price but as listed on the photo they have 1,000 hidden fees!! Do not believe the monthly rate! Firstly they told us we would only have to pay deposit fee prior to move in when actually you will have to pay the full month plus deposit while only moving in mid August 1/2 the month! Then they proceed to add excessive fees monthly making the monthly rate almost $150 more than expected. I’m calling the business bureau on them seriously. It’s sickening how they are taking advantage of kids and lie about everything even matching roommates! They placed my daughter in the room with a cat person after she clearly requested no pets! Ewww

I have lived at Redpoint West Tenn for about 2 and a half years and have had an amazing experience! Everyone at the front office is pleasant and the clubhouse is clean, but what really makes Redpoint special to me is the maintenance. After living at apartments where it takes maintenence weeks to respond, I have been so satisfied with the speed in which maintenence comes. For most of my requests it has taken less than 24 hours for the team to swing by and fix the issue. W maintenence team.

Renting from this place was one of the worst experiences when it comes to apartment rentals. And it’s true, you get what you pay for. When we moved my daughter in last summer the apt was trashed!! Alcohol battles, trash; you name it was found in this apartment. We had to wait for a team of housekeepers to come clean the apartment. Kitchen cabinets broken, refrigerator leaking, AC not working. Took weeks after putting in a request to get a replacement refrigerator and get the kitchen cabinets fixed. The AC kept breaking down. They collect your rent on a monthly basis but they don’t do anything to keep the apartment in shape. The first week at the apt my daughter’s car got broken into right there in the parking lot. Needless to say when moving out; we cleaned the apartment and left it better than we found it. We left a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. We were charged $50; they called it a removal fee. They will find anything to get money from you. And yes there are insects and roaches in the apartment as well. So glad we were able to move my daughter out of this situation.
