Great complex, maintenance is on top of things constantly, the amenities are nice and kept up, security roams the property and keeps non-residents out. Rooms are spacious and kept up. Haven’t had any problems with management. Only suggestion on my behalf as someone who goes to the gym regularly and would prefer to workout at the apartment gym over other gyms is 2 things: replace some of the excess cardio equipment with a cable machine, and replace the second leg press machine with a chest fly/rear delt machine or squeeze it in between the pulldown and row machines. There are 5 ellipticals on one side of the gym (pictured) which are not used 9/10 times, and if they are used only 1 or 2 are being used. Clearing some out to insert a cable machine would help tremendously as there are almost limitless exercises that can be done on a cable. A chest/fly and rear delt would help add variation to 2 key exercises instead of a 2nd leg press machine. Other than these suggestions, I love the apartment and its community.

Renting from this place was one of the worst experiences when it comes to apartment rentals. And it’s true, you get what you pay for. When we moved my daughter in last summer the apt was trashed!! Alcohol battles, trash; you name it was found in this apartment. We had to wait for a team of housekeepers to come clean the apartment. Kitchen cabinets broken, refrigerator leaking, AC not working. Took weeks after putting in a request to get a replacement refrigerator and get the kitchen cabinets fixed. The AC kept breaking down. They collect your rent on a monthly basis but they don’t do anything to keep the apartment in shape. The first week at the apt my daughter’s car got broken into right there in the parking lot. Needless to say when moving out; we cleaned the apartment and left it better than we found it. We left a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom. We were charged $50; they called it a removal fee. They will find anything to get money from you. And yes there are insects and roaches in the apartment as well. So glad we were able to move my daughter out of this situation.

I have lived at Redpoint West Tenn for about 2 and a half years and have had an amazing experience! Everyone at the front office is pleasant and the clubhouse is clean, but what really makes Redpoint special to me is the maintenance. After living at apartments where it takes maintenence weeks to respond, I have been so satisfied with the speed in which maintenence comes. For most of my requests it has taken less than 24 hours for the team to swing by and fix the issue. W maintenence team.

I have been trying to get help since early May. No one will contact me back. No one will help. Please. Please. Please someone help with my son’s apartment. It’s infested with roaches! Rental is supposed to include pest control and no one has sprayed at all.

me and my roommate have been living here with no problems. Until there was termites i thought they were just flying ants or something, after i found 2 on my bed. so i didn't think anything of it, but they are infesting our whole apartment to the point we have evacuated, we cant even sleep there at night, they have flew at us, they are in our clothes,bed,bathroom. its DISGUSTING. we said something to maintenance and they said that pest control would come in 2 days from when we said something, so we moved our mattress downstairs because at the time they were only in our rooms upstairs. then the downstairs started getting infested with them, 2 days pass and they send an email saying we have to wait A WHOLE NOTHER WEEK?!?! this is absolutely disgusting and we are paying to live here??!! its been 3 weeks we have barely gotten sleep we are trying to find places to stay because of this. and nobodys doing anything about it so the infestation is just getting worse. my skin is crawling! we find like 20 of them at once in our room in one night… are we living in a nightmare are?!
