Polo Club Tallahassee, tallahassee-fl

Polo club has been amazing from the beginning! The office staff, Stherly & Ashley, are exceptionally kind, friendly, and helpful. Maintenance is quick, efficient, and the staff are always professional and amiable. The 4x4 townhome is homey and spacious from the bedrooms to the living area. The gym, pool, and patio are always very clean and have everything you need. Would definitely recommend!

I would not recommend living at Polo Club Apartments based on my experience. From the time I moved in, I dealt with ongoing maintenance issues that never seemed to be fully resolved. There were repeated leaks, water damage, and multiple instances where the ceiling and walls had to be cut open for repairs. At one point, industrial drying equipment was left in the apartment after another leak, and parts of the unit remained under repair for an extended period. The apartment also had termite activity, and I later learned the complex experiences termite swarms, something I was not aware of before signing my lease. On top of that, a bat entered our apartment while the ceiling was open during repairs. Despite reporting it, maintenance did not remove the bat, and my roommate’s stepfather ultimately had to do it himself.. While the staff was generally polite, the repeated maintenance problems, communication issues, and overall condition of my unit made this a very stressful experience. I hope management takes steps to address these concerns so future residents have a better experience than I did.

Great place to stay. The maintenance is always quick to fix any issues I have. And the front office are always willing to help and try to accommodate as best as possible which I appreciate a lot

Polo Club is a good place to have your college students live whether they go to FSU, FAMU, or TSC! The front office is very responsive and maintenance is fast. The pool and gym are also very nice!

I would highly recommend the Polo Club since I have had a really pleasant experience at this complex thus far. To begin, the rooms are spacious and when issues do arise, the maintenance team is extremely quick to respond to any requests. The leasing agents are very friendly and they always welcome their guests with warm smiles. Also, they clearly go above and beyond to ensure that the customer has an enjoyable experience. The ammenities including the pool, gym and club house are always in a neat, clean condition which greatly enhances the experience as a resident.
