What students say
Grace Irons
I’ve had such a great experience living at NxNW this is my second year here, and it’s honestly been really lovely. The leasing office has always been quick to respond whenever something comes up and they genuinely want residents to be comfortable, which makes a big difference. The amenities are all in great shape and actually work (huge plus). Parking has never been an issue for me, and I feel really safe living here especially now that there are security cameras and a security guard walking around at night. When we moved in, the apartment was in really good condition, and it felt taken care of. They also host a lot of fun events and parties that are always a good time and help make the place feel more like a community. Communication is solid too they do a good job keeping everyone in the loop through email. We’ve NEVER had a bug issue and our home is so lovely and well taken care of by management. Overall, NxNW has been a great place to live and I’m really happy I decided to stay another year. Would definitely recommend it.

Our daughter has been a resident here for two years. What a refreshing experience it's been for both her and us! The property is clean and seems safe. More over, the employees seem to really care for the residents - unlike a previous complex that she lived in. Based on our experience, i'd highly recommend NxNW for college students.
