Legacy Student Living, tallahassee-fl

As a parent I am very pleased and so glad we picked this place. My twins have been here since they arrived for their freshman year, they are now seniors. Location is outstanding for them! Any minor issues over the years were handled quickly and effectively. Everyone is very nice and helpful.

The leasing office staff are always very helpful and kind, and maintenance is very responsive. I love all the resident events they do, always makes for a fun day. Great location also. The apartments themselves are pretty nice as well, no pest issues which is rare for Tallahassee. The only real complaint I have is with the guest parking, which can be annoying at times, especially when there’s more passes given than spots available. However it’s not too big of a deal. Overall, great place to live, both the 2x2 building and 1x1 building which I currently stay at.

I’ve been living at Legacy for two years now, and it’s been a great experience. The staff is always helpful and attentive, and the maintenance team is extremely responsive—requests are handled quickly and efficiently. The bedrooms are more spacious compared to many of the newer apartments in the area, which makes a big difference. Combined with the great amenities and convenient location, Legacy is an excellent value overall.

Posting since leasing season is coming and I cannot recommend this place enough. They changed my move in date to a couple months earlier due to me unexpectedly needing housing immediately. Staff has always been incredibly nice and helpful, willing to go above and beyond answering my questions or sifting through unprocessed packages. Maintenance is also great and quick with answering requests, often only taking 1-2 days depending on severity. Only real issue I’ve encountered was a stairwell project in December of 24 that took a lot longer to complete than expected (about 1-2 months longer) and I only had access to my apartment by one staircase. Luckily this fix should last for several years and won’t be an issue for a long time. Regardless, I truly think Legacy Student Living is a hidden gem in Tallahassee and highly recommend signing here so far.

This is a great place to stay at during your time here at FSU/FAMU. Legacy Student Living is always treating their guests with kindness and top service. My guy Jaiden at the front office has always helped me out with whatever I needed. I strongly recommend!
