I had a 10/10 experience here. Everything is just as they advertised on the website. The only issue is that they are too pricey compared to other apartments. You can get same offering with less rent pricing if you look around. If you go to famu/fsu College of engineering this might be a good place for you. There is a bus that is seventeen minutes away from the apartment that takes you directly to the college. It is the city bus though so not as frequent as school bus but the school bus always takes you to fsu first circle before it takes you CoE which is quite the trip.

If I could give zero stars for management, I would. Since moving in, the apartment manager has been nothing but a constant source of stress and frustration. She is rude, dismissive, completely insensitive, and goes out of her way to be unhelpful. Any time we’ve tried to address basic concerns—maintenance, community issues, or even just asking questions—we’re met with hostility and a total lack of professionalism. She makes no effort to cooperate, ignores tenant concerns, and speaks to residents in a way that’s shockingly disrespectful for someone in a customer-facing role. Multiple neighbors have had similar experiences, so it’s clearly a pattern. Frankly, this woman is the reason people are choosing not to renew their leases. If upper management is reading this: you’re losing good tenants because of how she treats people. It’s time for a serious change. And let’s be honest — it’s painfully obvious this place is burying or ignoring negative reviews while boosting fake or cherry-picked positive ones. The contrast between what tenants actually deal with and what’s shown online is night and day. Reputation management won’t fix the real issue: this toxic manager needs to be replaced.

for the love of god somebody fire erin. The worst person on planet earth. NEVER move here unless you want to be constantly harassed and berated, and constantly dealing with problem after problem after problem! Living here could have been fine—if it weren’t for the completely unprofessional and hostile behavior from the property manager. From the very beginning, she’s been aggressive, unapproachable, and entirely unwilling to help. Even the most basic interactions turn into a battle of attitude and condescension. It’s exhausting. You can tell she has no interest in actually managing this place or helping tenants. It’s like every question or maintenance request is a personal inconvenience to her. There’s no sense of respect or care for the people who live here. What’s worse is the clear manipulation of online reviews. The overly glowing 5-star posts don’t match reality in the slightest. Meanwhile, genuine complaints seem to be ignored or buried. This isn’t just disappointing—it’s deceptive. Until this manager is held accountable or replaced, I can’t in good conscience recommend living here. Management matters—and right now, this place is failing where it counts most.

You should probably take this review into high consideration before you think about moving here, as im being as truthful as possible. Not only am I reviewing based off of my own apartment, but my neighbors apartments that I’ve been inside of as well . Not really the best place to live . Your apartment has a high chance of being filled with mold, they constantly have a different reason to come in your apartment all the time (I swear it feels like they’re coming inside at least once a week), and there have been multiple instances of gunshots in the complex. Also, the leasing manager Erin is VERY passive aggressive , everyone that lives in this complex knows and can agree with that; and honestly who wants to live somewhere where the leasing manager is just a hard person to deal with. Lastly, the price is just way too high. For what you’re paying here, you can get something so much better in Tallahassee for a cheaper price.. literally. Just save your time and money, I’ve made some great memories here in the one year that I’ve lived here but have come to the conclusion that ultimately, it is not a comfortable place to live. Save your money !!!!

My daughter just moved there. The first day we requested a change of bed and in less than 20 minutes they arrived with a new one. The staff was very friendly. I think that because it is a relatively small community, they pay a lot of attention to the needs of the students. The location is excellent, just across the street from the TSC. Everything is very close, banks, supermarkets, pharmacies and gas stations. I am very happy that this is my daughter's new home.
