FSU Collegetown, tallahassee-fl

I’ve lived at this apartment complex for about two years and overall have had a good experience. The location is great and very close to restaurants and campus, which has been really convenient. One thing to keep in mind is that it can be pretty loud at night because of the nearby bars, so light sleepers might lose some sleep. My only real complaint is that the Phase 1 stairwell often smells like pee. It seems like someone is repeatedly using the stairwell as a bathroom, and even after it’s cleaned it usually just smells like bleach mixed with pee. I hope management is able to address this issue. Aside from that, I’ve enjoyed living here overall.

I’ve lived here for almost a year now, and my experience has been great so far. The staff in the leasing office, mail room, and maintenance team consistently go above and beyond and are always professional, responsive, kind, and helpful. I especially want to give a shoutout to Horace, who helped me out today. He was kind, efficient, and very respectful throughout the inspection and maintenance visit. It’s clear that the team truly cares about the residents and takes pride in doing a great job. Thank you for all you do!

Still no response on our deposit. They have had over $2000 total from our three students for nearly 4 months and the only response is ‘Pam is the only one reviewing these. She can’t talk to you. Be patient.’ Their claim that they needed over $2000 to repair the apartment is an absolute lie and just another income source in their business model. Attached are some photos of what they claim is unacceptable. How long do they give their renters if IE., the rent is due? BTW, don’t be fooled by the 5 star reviews. Renters are solicited and rewarded for reviews.

My daughter has lived here for almost 2 years. We are resigning for one more year. Our experience has been so far amazing! This building is close to all and 5 minutes from FSU. I am at peace to know my daughter is safe at all times. Our unit is comfortable, spacious and with great appliances facing Madison Avenue with a great balcony. She always finds parking in the garage. I have never had any trouble with anything. The onsite management and crew is super responsive and addresses any issue immediately. The community amenities and apartment we have is worth every penny ! A must see and parents to consider for peace of mind !
