Do not be fooled by the numerous positive reviews posted recently, they are clearly falsified through some sort of incentive by Forum or are the employees themselves as they don’t give any information about the actual living experience. Parents, future tenants, and anyone looking to live here please be mindful of how irresponsible management handles the property. Two weeks ago on a Saturday, there was at least 100 people here who were at the pool. The gate was left open and the whole parking lot was filled with people drinking in broad daylight, trash everywhere, and the pool filled with people who clearly didn’t live here. The cops had to come and after calling Forum, they basically stated that they can ‘tell’ them to leave, but if they continue to stay it’s up to the tenant—myself who PAYS for the pool that these people come and use—to call law enforcement for trespassing. It is absolutely unacceptable how they handle these situations, and this happens numerous times EVERY month. The parking lot was in a traffic jam as shown for an hour. And the worst part is that there were Forum front office workers who were down there like Christen, ex-worker Wev and another member who also works up front. They do not care about the safety or security of the tenants as shown as they were outside in swim attire.

I recently interacted with the leasing team at The Forum and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. I want to specifically recognize a young lady by the name of Chloe, who stood out immediately. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely attentive, not just polite, but proactive. Questions were answered clearly, follow ups were timely, and the entire interaction felt efficient and well organized. It’s rare to see someone balance professionalism with authentic customer care, but she does it effortlessly. Employees like Chloe are a direct reflection of strong management and culture. If you’re considering The Forum, you can expect a smooth, respectful, and high quality experience. Based on my interaction alone, this is a team that understands service at a high level.

Without a doubt the worst apartment complex in Tallahassee. Moved into a dirty apartment in August with no bathroom sink cabinets. The building was so disgusting every single day that it likely violated health code. Bugs and pests everywhere, beer cans piled 6 inches high onto the awning, maintenance team is the most incompetent group ever. Put in multiple maintenance requests that were marked complete - maintenance never came to fix the issue they just lied and checked it off from their computer. Rooms are small and will get mold for what you pay and just in the one year I lived there, there was a shooting and a death in the complex. To top it off the office will charge you hundreds to move out to fix minor paint touch ups after they lied about fixing them in the maintenance portal and no one will reason with you over the absolute nightmare of this trash complex. Save your money, your time and your energy. Do not move in here. By any circumstance. In Reply to Forum’s Response: The cans were there all year. It was a recurring issue and I can’t remember a single day that awning wasn’t full of crushed beer cans. And the shooting and death in the complex were unrelated but both happened which really makes it even worse. And that’s a lie, your team is not accessible via email as I’ve emailed and received no response on my dispute. So again, worst complex in Tallahassee. DO NOT LIVE HERE.

The Forum Tallahassee has been such a great place. The community is clean, welcoming, and well-maintained, and the staff is always helpful and responsive. I especially want to shout out Michelle, she’s been amazing, super professional, and genuinely cares about residents.

I was on FSU campus when I was approached by Maddy and was handed a flyer. She explained everything really clearly and made it sound interesting, so I ended up wanting to sign up. The whole interaction felt friendly and helpful, and the service was explained really well. I plan on signing for the next school year!
