We are also experiencing issues with our Security Deposit refund that others have written reviews about. My daughter moved out in July of 2025 and we still have not received the full deposit refund that is due. Have reached out several times with no response to emails or voicemail messages. I thought the new manager was going to get this resolved for us but she seems to have disappeared. I will now be reaching out to their corporate office to see if we can finally get this taken care of.

to those of you that were waiting on deposits, I left I stack of them on the desk the day the new company closed the office. I made the new company aware of this, but there is nothing that I can do about it. It was about 20 of them that had arrived in the mail the day of closing. Maybe they forgot about them, and since they are operating remotely maybe they didn't get them off the desk. Good Luck!!!

The pics below were what management described as move in ready August 17th. This is after they had almost 3 weeks to get into the unit and do repairs and clean. Now, a month later and air ducts still have not been cleaned. Side yard is still a mess. No Ethernet working in unit. Management has not called, emailed or followed up once since move in. Corporate Redstone doesn't care either. Stay away from this property and landlord. Notice managements only response on here is from 4 yrs ago and is completely irrelevant now. When you find out about this on move in day, it's too late to move to another complex. Everything else has already been rented.

It's been great I've lived there for over a year now, and I have had a great relationship with the leasing office. They are so helpful and do a lot for us.

Worst place to rent in Tallahassee! Management simply DOES NOT CARE. 1. Our AC unit was flooding the upstairs floor and it took them 2 weeks to send someone out to come "fix it". They left a huge fan to dry the carpet. The issue wasn't resolved until another week later. 2. Our washer and dryer had issues and when a maintenance request was placed, we were told there was nothing wrong with them. We are currently 1 month in to not having a washer because it literally snapped off the rotator. Also, the dryer not being able to properly run/ not fixed makes the utility bills HIGH. 3. The townhome was disgusting during move in. There was water damage around walls, smelly carpets, dirty floors, and moldy bathrooms. After putting in a complaint about the water damage, they only sent someone to paint over it. Not fix it. 4. There are no working security cameras on the property. Seems kinda dangerous in an area like Tallahassee. 5. During move in week, they had rented a dumpster to help collect all the trash that was being produced by the movers. However, that company came and collected the rental bin and all the trash was dumped on to the street blocking cars from driving through the back parking lot. Management should take their job seriously and actually do the maintenance that these homes need. Each townhome probably produces them around $4,000 a month so I don’t see why they can’t even offer the right services the tenants need. By the way, they love to ignore emails too!
