We are also experiencing issues with our Security Deposit refund that others have written reviews about. My daughter moved out in July of 2025 and we still have not received the full deposit refund that is due. Have reached out several times with no response to emails or voicemail messages. I thought the new manager was going to get this resolved for us but she seems to have disappeared. I will now be reaching out to their corporate office to see if we can finally get this taken care of.

Ariyanna was excellent in the leasing process. She was very friendly and helpful answering my many calls and questions in finding my daughter and her roommates placement at CollegePlace FSU. Her customer service, professionalism and communication was greatly appreciated! Ariyanna is a big part of why we chose to lease at CollegePlace FSU. We can't wait to move-in in August.

to those of you that were waiting on deposits, I left I stack of them on the desk the day the new company closed the office. I made the new company aware of this, but there is nothing that I can do about it. It was about 20 of them that had arrived in the mail the day of closing. Maybe they forgot about them, and since they are operating remotely maybe they didn't get them off the desk. Good Luck!!!

Terrible experience with my security deposit. Lived at CollegePlace FSU from Aug 2024 to July 2025. My $400 deposit was supposed to be fully refunded, but they first deducted $124 by mistake and only sent $276. When I called, they admitted the error and said they'd mail a check for the remaining $124. That was late August 2025. It's now January 2026, and after calling every month, I still haven't received anything - just CollegePlace saying 'it was sent' with no proof, follow-ups, nothing. My experience living in the apartments was good, but considering this endless runaround over $124, it's quite ridiculous and unprofessional. @CollegePlace, you have my contact info - let's resolve this issue.
