If I could give this place & ASSet living zero stars, I definitely would! I moved to this property in 2020 under the previous management, and for my first two years the previous company (trinity property consultants) were so impressive, I decided to renew my lease for a third year. The month before my third year, however, this new management suddenly took over, and from then on my experience has been nothing but infuriating. The managers were a whole week late in getting me my keys, so my move into my new unit was severely delayed. To make matters worse, my apartment was completely uninhabitable after they eventually handed me my keys and allowed me to move in. Paint chips were littered all over the floor, furniture was randomly thrown around the apartment, appliances were completely unhooked and sitting in the middle of my living room. Not to mention, whoever was in there previously had smoked so much the smell made even standing in there for a minute unbearable. The rubber strip on the front door had been completely been ripped off, and my roommate and I found roaches crawling all over our kitchen. Instead of apologizing and offering some sort of remedy for the serious inconvenience this whole mess caused us, the property management could not be bothered to do anything. August was an extremely busy month for me, as I am a grad student, so the very least they could have done was compensate me for the many hours of work I had to miss & the seven nights I was not able to stay there while this mess was being sorted out. This is not the kind of customer service one should expect from a rental company, nor was anything handled professionally. If you are considering signing a lease here, I am going to HIGHLY advise that you look elsewhere. The heartache just isn’t worth it! Here’s what Campus Row considers “acceptable” for move in:

Cannot complain about campus row. Great location for the price, the staff has always been kind and helpful. Amenities are small but exactly what you need. Affordable, as it comes with all utilities and a parking space. Never had any major issues. The new decks out back are beautiful. Wish I was signing here again.

Amazing community, the management team is great they work with you if you need help with anything whether it’s financial or maintenance. Would live here longer if I wasn’t moving!

Emmanuel was great during my tour very respectful and informative! I enjoyed him as my tour guide!
