They do not follow their own lease agreement and will add names to a lease without proper communication or consent. Unprofessional, careless, and unreliable. If you value your time, money, or credit score, rent literally anywhere else.

infested with roaches after 3 ‘exterminations,’ bedroom flooded at 2 am on a school night and then they towed my car because i left it close to the door for an hour while bringing in a replacement bed spread, kicked me off the parking list after i got here from an 8 hour drive, the whole maintenance team is one dude, breaker randomly flips, hot showers last about 5 mins before they go cold, paint all over bathroom floor, etc. you’ll save about 200-400$ a month living here and end up paying a much greater mental price. would you rather work an extra day a month or would you rather kill 3+ roaches every time you wake up and deal with management that tows your car if you take too long to move groceries. i’ll never forget this place for all the wrong reasons don’t let your son/daughter stay here

This place stole $450 in repair fees from me. I only lived in the apartment for 2 months and continued to pay my lease because of the agreement. When we first moved in it was under a different management then greystar. The apartment had damage to the fridge, walls, couches and rooms from the previous tenants. The building manager assured us that we wouldn’t be charged for the damage and promised to bring us new furniture cushions. This never happened and then after the hurricane hit there was no management to be found for more then 2 weeks. All of a sudden management changed and they had no record of what we were supposed to have done. Because I moved away I didn’t have a chance to go back in person and further discuss the matter. After the lease ended I was charged $450 for repairs to damage that was already done to the apartment. After many phone calls and email to contest it they just sent the charge to collections. Don’t bother to deal with these criminals. Find another place to live.

Worst place to live in. Since I arrived it was unclean and full of roaches. Even though they did "fumigation" roaches were all over the place, every day! Manager does not care about you and what you are dealing with! They took three months to give me back the deposit and it was because I got to talk with the city manager after several calls and pushing them to do it. Do not live in this place! You will waste your money and tranquility! I have videos and photos to prove all what I have said!

Burt Reynolds Hall is truly a great place to call home. The apartment has spacious floor plans and wonderful stainless steel appliances and fully furnished! Not only is the space something I am looking for, the customer service provided by this team is super stellar. Thanks to Olushola for answering all my questions and making me feel like I can call this place my home!
