Lived here for a year and would not recommend! Utilities are never charged on time, management do not know what they are doing and give basic response to get out of questions, need multiple maintenance requests to get something fixed, when moving in things are already broken, mold infested bathrooms, terrible water heat, gates that don’t work for half the year. I would not live her it may seem cool and nice but sooner rather than later you will come to see that this place is not a place you want to live.

Christian has been super helpful & attentive. I always feel seen & heard when I voice my concerns & issues to him. He always makes an effort to fix the issue & im thankful. He truly is the best! Thank you Christian!!

My experience at Arive850 so far has made my transition to moving smooth and easy. Especially with leasing consultant Jasper, he answered all my questions with detailed explanation and took the time to reassure everything I needed to get before entering the unit. Jasper's friendly demeanor and positive attitude made the entire process stress-free and enjoyable. Because of him, I can’t wait to be happily settled into my new apartment. My son recently moved into Arive 850 student apartment from a private apartment which was a big difference, moving with someone vs living alone. "Q" the young lady in the office made the transition a very nice and pleasant one. She has excellent communication skills, she was on top of things, caring and concern when it comes to the residents and their needs. I would highly recommend Arive 850.

I have lived here for almost 2 years now and am so sad to be leaving in December! This is the best place that I have rented in Tallahassee! Erin and Chris are so helpful in anything that my roommates and I need. Erin has built this community by having events and free food almost every week/every other week! Every time I step into their office I am treated with so much respect and they even give my dog plenty of treats and attention! I highly recommend this place. Erin and Chris’s will look out for you!
