My experience here has been nothing short of incredible. Jasper in the leasing office is great at communicating and resolving issues in a very friendly and timely manner. Juan is the friendliest maintenance person and does outstanding work. He unclogged a sink and left it better than before. Caitlin and Sirgany are also very nice and approachable. I love that I can walk into my leasing office not only as a resident but I feel like family. I pick up mail daily and read it on the couch like I had a home of my own. Sirgany also just friendly to just come and talk for a minute. Love Arive850 and wouldn’t change where I live for the world.

PLEASE READ This place is unprofessional, doesn’t acknowledge any issues, unorganized, dirty & more… My roommate’s and I were put into the wrong unit upon move in because an employee in the office gave our original lease signed unit to a different group of people. The unit was not finished, so many different issues we had to document. Cabinets were broken, fans were broken, floors were not done properly, paint was sloppy, dishwasher has never worked & we STILL have a bug issue. They took weeks to come fix small issues & ignored our problems. We went without hot water for half of our leasing period & still haven’t been compensated or acknowledged for it, then maintenance doesn’t know what their doing & only comes if you put in more than 5 requests for the same thing. There is always a new manager that does not even give you answers or solutions for anything, they just tell you what you might wanna hear so you can go away. The office closes hours early and opens hours late, I have had multiple packages become missing because they don’t even check ID to make sure it’s really you coming to get your package & they have gave roommates packages away to someone with a similar name. I have sent multiple emails to multiple different “property managers” about issues with a random person (new roommate) they put in our unit that has a cat when we told them we didn’t want anyone with pets!!! We have had multiple issues with the new roommate and have been trying to get solutions about it and still haven’t been acknowledged. Then they have the nerve to raise rent prices???? THIS WHOLE PLACE IS A MESS! DONT MOVE HERE THEY SUCK!

Lived here for a year and would not recommend! Utilities are never charged on time, management do not know what they are doing and give basic response to get out of questions, need multiple maintenance requests to get something fixed, when moving in things are already broken, mold infested bathrooms, terrible water heat, gates that don’t work for half the year. I would not live her it may seem cool and nice but sooner rather than later you will come to see that this place is not a place you want to live.

This place is just terrible. My daughter lived here and she and her roommates had black mold in their bathrooms, AC issues that were ignored, and they did not even clean the unit upon their arrivals. The leasing managers quit (they were horrendous as well), so at this point the only person to blame is the Wendover company. Considering landlords are required to maintain rental properties in a condition that is fit to live in, its clear that was not the case. This place looks nice on the outside and the tour but it’s quite frankly a dump. Do not live here unless you want mold, no AC, and money to hire a cleaning service for the entire home, ect.

Christian has been super helpful & attentive. I always feel seen & heard when I voice my concerns & issues to him. He always makes an effort to fix the issue & im thankful. He truly is the best! Thank you Christian!!
