What students say
Trinity Dantzler
Stayed here for my last few years of school. The management staff is exceptional. They are very easy going and care about the residents needs and wants. They have affordable rent, great deals, is close to FAMU campus (walking distance), nice pool, private gym, and great community events.

This place is nice. I moved in this summer and my place is great. The best thing is the pool because it looks like a hotel style pool. Even the people in the office are all nice and responsive. They made the whole process easy. I will be here until I graduate!

I’ve lived here since 2024 and have enjoyed living here. Management has been sure to resolve any issues I had and the workers are very friendly and helpful. Living here is definitely rewarding!

Diamond was exceptional on our tour of the apartments and the community. He answered all the questions I had and gave me information I didn’t know I needed. I definitely recommend him to be the main tour guide he made me feel like I was already at home
Maryn Quinton
the reviews are mixed because management has been changed several times. i will say the current management has been very good on trying to fix everything past management has done. Diamond who is the manager is extremely helpful and has changed my outlook on my experience. if your thinking about moving here do your research, make sure your apt is in good shape before signing and you will be fine. It’s somewhat affordable and close to school.
