Acasa Ocala, tallahassee-fl

I didn't physically stay at Acasa Ocala but I've seen many residents become former residents quickly. Not because of non-payment that comes second but residents fixing their own apartment issues that the apartment management should take care of. The residents there on a broad scale have issues with water cut-off with warning. They have air conditioning horror stories, trash contamination that makes residents sick because it sits for long periods of time. The locks on the doors which is a safety hazard. The lighting is poor making it difficult for residents to see the stairs that goes up to their apartments. Also, internal issues with the way residents mail is delivered everyday because there's no boxes or slots inside the office. Office management lack knowledge of keeping up with residents payments, work orders, fees which is frabicaded, overcharged on sewerage, pest control, residents not giving insurance options and internet service that exceeds most monthly carrier bills. And last but not least the ematurity in additudes expressed towards the residents and sometimes amongst the employees. As of now there is biases and favors towards some residents and not others. I hope overall management investigates the behavior, misinformation, confustion and some unlawful practices being rendered at Acasa Ocala Apartments in Tallahassee,FL. It's a place I would not want to live

I lived here for about 2 years to go too school. Worst place ever…. Mold, bugs, dirt, cut refrigerator cord, refrigerator sitting in the middle of the “dining” room area. All mismatched furniture, painted showers that weren’t even put back together, water issues,just horrendous everything. I ended up having to fix most of the stuff myself repainting all that terribly done jobs, and actually making the place livable. And they had the audacity to keep my security deposit cause they said my oven was dirty. There is so much more I can talk about.

To start off the new landlord is terrible can’t even get my mail that’s very important to me. Eviction when tenant was not present definitely will see me in court. I’ll get the regional information to have you face consequences. I have every message I have every picture and recorded every conversation on how I had every right to be at that apartment so I thought which is on y’all!!! She’s distasteful and talks reckless and throws a lot of threats out.We will be in touch!

This place DOES need a lot of work but with the new management of Melissa and Alexis, it’s FINALLY getting better. This management works really well under pressure as they came here in the middle of summer. My account was messed up FOR MONTHS with the last management until Melissa fixed it. Highly recommend this Property Manager. Also, Maintenance comes to fix things wayyy quicker than they used to!
