I want to give a big thank you to our maintenance team, specifically Kenya. We had multiple issues go wrong in the apartment all at once, and she got it all fixed. She was kind, respectful, and clearly very knowledgeable in her work. She handled the repairs quickly, and even explained the work she was doing. It is always appreciated when someone is not only amazing at their job, but also pleasant and professional. Thank you for the excellent service !

Comfortable apartment that gets the job done with a few flaws and signs of age. I lived here for the 2025 to 2026 school year. It was overall a very comfortable experience. My room was big, my balcony had a great view of downtown (unbeatable in that respect), the location is great (5 minutes to the business school and civic center!), and the property management team were very friendly. I loved their events that they hosted and the gym and fire pit were both really nice to have. Very quiet place though, great if you have a hard majority and need to lock in. It’s just not the most social environment which was disappointing coming from a dorm. No one really hangs out by the pool (when it’s working) and the one small study room and the social lounge don’t offer much to bring the residents together. I’m not sure how this is something they can fix but maybe adding some billiards or something could help with that. The appliances were also iffy, my dishwasher flooded and leaked into the downstairs neighbors apartment, my dryer and washing machine were consistently broken in some respect, my roommates toilet broke multiple times and water began leaking from the ceiling of one of the bathrooms. Luckily maintenance resolved most of the issues we had within a week or two.

My daughter lived at Copeland for 3 of her 4 years while attending Florida State. She moved out of the dorm into Copeland and never wanted to leave. The location is great! It’s safe, well maintained and the staff is responsive. We love Ms Kenya, Morgan and the front desk staff. As a parent I highly recommend and my daughter would agree.

Ms. Kenya went above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure every aspect of my visit was perfect. Her dedication to ensuring a great experience was evident in every interaction. Hannah was also wonderful, contributing to the overall positive atmosphere with her warm and welcoming demeanor. Overall, my visit to 601 Copeland was outstanding, thanks to the incredible service provided by Ms. Kenya and Hannah. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-notch experience.

My roommates and I experienced a significant leak in our sink pipes while Kenya, who typically manages appliance-related issues, was out of town for work. During her absence, we were referred to other individuals who attempted repairs, but unfortunately the issue worsened and little progress was made. Upon returning, Kenya immediately came to our apartment and assisted in drying the flood damage. The following day, she installed a brand-new sink. Within two days of her return, Kenya fully resolved the issue and was extremely apologetic about the extent of the damage caused by the leak. She is nothing short of the best!
