I want to give a big thank you to our maintenance team, specifically Kenya. We had multiple issues go wrong in the apartment all at once, and she got it all fixed. She was kind, respectful, and clearly very knowledgeable in her work. She handled the repairs quickly, and even explained the work she was doing. It is always appreciated when someone is not only amazing at their job, but also pleasant and professional. Thank you for the excellent service !

My roommates and I experienced a significant leak in our sink pipes while Kenya, who typically manages appliance-related issues, was out of town for work. During her absence, we were referred to other individuals who attempted repairs, but unfortunately the issue worsened and little progress was made. Upon returning, Kenya immediately came to our apartment and assisted in drying the flood damage. The following day, she installed a brand-new sink. Within two days of her return, Kenya fully resolved the issue and was extremely apologetic about the extent of the damage caused by the leak. She is nothing short of the best!

My daughter lived at Copeland for 3 of her 4 years while attending Florida State. She moved out of the dorm into Copeland and never wanted to leave. The location is great! It’s safe, well maintained and the staff is responsive. We love Ms Kenya, Morgan and the front desk staff. As a parent I highly recommend and my daughter would agree.

Lived here for a year and wish I never left!! Great amenities, staff, and living space! Gym open 24/7, a great pool and hot tub, walkable distance to campus, and so much more! Since moving to another apartment complex (due to my roommates moving out), it made me realize how much effort Copeland puts into maintaining a safe and clean environment! 10/10 recommend living here!

Her dedication to ensuring a great experience was evident in every interaction. Hannah was also wonderful, contributing to the overall positive atmosphere with her warm and welcoming demeanor. Overall, my visit to 601 Copeland was outstanding, thanks to the incredible service provided by Ms. Kenya and Hannah. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a top-notch experience.
