Victory at Syracuse, syracuse-ny

I would absolutely recommend Victory to anyone looking for a college apartment to lease. I’ve had nothing but great experiences with both the staff and the housing. My apartment is clean, modern, and well-maintained, and the atmosphere here is always welcoming. I stop by the leasing office all the time for free snacks, drinks, and giveaways. Everyone is incredibly helpful, friendly, and positive. Maddy and PJ are especially amazing! Rent with victory!

I’ve enjoyed living in the apartments provided by Victory at Syracuse! There is a lot of space, the staff is very kind and understanding and there are a lot of great locations!! Excited to live there again next year!!

If there could be a no star option I would pick that. This is the worst, most disgusting housing Syracuse University off campus offers. It’s a scam. My plumbing went out with no announcements or any updates as to when it would ever come back on and they dug a hole outside my apartment and shut the water off countless times. Most recently, the electrical, plumbing, and heat shut off without any announcements whatsoever or any updates as to when it would turn back on. That’s literally illegal and yet we still have to pay over $1000/month to live here. There’s maintenance issues once a week and nothing ever gets fixed. Black mold everywhere. It literally came with the place. They lose packages in the package office weekly. Only one working drier that they have not fixed in months and two washing machines located in a Frat basement. Everything about this place is horrible including the staff they literally are the most unprofessional people I have ever met. If you decide to live here good luck they are the worst and I wish I never made the decision to live here. We asked them to fix the toilet with the black mold that the apartment literally came with and they refused and left?? This place is a joke don’t go near here.

THE WORST PLACE TO LIVE OFF-CAMPUS AT SYRACUSE!!!! Do not live here! The leasing office is genuinely so frustrating to deal with because they never give you clear answers about any questions you have. When I first moved in there was a giant leak in my ceiling, and an odor outside of my apartment in the stairwell. There is no in-unit laundry in my unit when I was told there was and when I asked the leasing office (I think her name is Lauren) all she said was "we had students working for us last year and they spread a lot of misinformation about our properties." I would have never have signed the lease if I knew this and the laundry closest to me is in a frat basement and I have to pay almost $4 per load. I am forced to go to south campus to do my laundry because that's ridiculous. I was also told multiple times that the stairs to get to my apartment would be fixed (they are almost collapsing) by Thanksgiving break but they have yet to be fixed. Never sign a lease with Victory they are super sketchy.

I like living here and I don’t experience any problems. I had to change my code due a safety concern and maintenance came the day of my request to and change it. Very kind people!
