We worked with Aissa and she was great. Wonderful facility and amenities and Aissa was so helpful to walk us through the leasing process and make sure all our needs were met. She even helped us get an additional discount we weren’t expecting! Highly recommend this place for students and young professionals.

I had a great experience living at The Laurel during my time as a student. The apartments were well maintained, the amenities were great, and the location made it easy to get to campus and everything around Syracuse. What really stood out was the staff. Mayu was always friendly, professional, and quick to help whenever there was a question or concern. She genuinely cared about the residents and helped make the community feel welcoming. Overall, The Laurel was a great place to live as a student, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for student housing.

We enjoyed our tour of The Laurel yesterday. Our ambassador guide Shailene was knowledgeable and made our daughter and future roommates feel welcomed. Pleased by how spacious the units are, the convenient campus shuttle and cleanliness of common areas. Secure, well lit garage parking was another plus. Community Manager was also very helpful. Glad we signed the lease!

Awesome amenities, very nice and well kept everywhere inside. Spacious rooms, kitchens, and living areas. Definitely seemed like it was very well managed; Mayu was great during our tour!

Appear to take advantage of low income students In my experience they’ve seemed deceiving about rates and are purposely unreachable by phone to discuss concerns. Other reviews detail a pattern of unfairly charging tenants in many different ways.
