Lark Syracuse, syracuse-ny

My experience with Lark so far has been amazing. The leasing and move-in process was very very easy and smooth. Valentina I will say is amazing she was extremely helpful and so sweet throughout the entire process and helped me with everything and we were setting up 2 leases at once. Responded very fast to my many emails sorry lol. My apartment was ready on time, and the units are very modern and super affordable for the price. I know some people complain about certain things, like break-ins, but unfortunately thats the area can happen anywhere in this area.. and isn’t really the complex’s fault. They can do their best and could have better security I suppose and that would be great. Even living near Syracuse University South Campus, similar things happen and sometimes worse. Overall, for the price you pay here you get a lot.. Amenities and the lounge are so fun! unfortunately you can’t fix stupid people and break-ins! If you want that you can go pay for a gated house always an option!

Aspen through all seasons, I would say best things about it is the facilities like common hall where we had many events and gatherings, the staff and guards were extremely kind, friendly and polite. The washing machine inside the house and private bathroom are also the best features, i was in the double bedroom and the bathroom size was perfect. The shuttle bus was also effective and convenient. When I had any issue they solve it promptly and I appreciate their support. Overall I enjoyed my stay here and would definitely recommend it.

Not sure how to rate this place. My daughter stayed here for two years. No problem s. But when pandemic hit and she moved home because school she was attending went remote. No offer to reduce monthly rent. I paid without complaint for over a year for an empty room. When move out time came was hit with an additional 350 bill. I cleaned her room took pictures and there was no damage. I am now in collections due to Aspen heights over this. Good luck to everyone here at move out time.

Absolutely garbage. Over priced if there is a problem with your water no worries you just won’t have water for two weeks. Dirty it smells in the hallways, just yesterday I listed to the sheriffs knock for hours because someone had a warrant and finally maintenance opened the door so the police could enter.

Yes here's my updated review of Aspen Apartments. First off, I'm not sure why I'm being charged $145.00 for damages.I was already being charged the $35.00 general cleaning apartment fee. The apartment was left in excellent condition. Check out pictures for proof ( photos taken on July 28th, 2023) Always take pictures before moving out! Next, if you are out the typical college bound age range 17-25, I would think twice before moving here. You may not blend with the existing culture. You do need a car to get around. The Aspen shuttle does not run frequently like a traditional bus system in New York City, or any other urban area. You need your own car/vehicle. When you need something fixed, the maintenance staff will take forever to fix the problem. Expect delays. If you should ever have a medical emergency, good luck getting the paramedics and emergency staff to help, they can never find the building. Just imagine that and you need emergency medical care. Security staff can't escort you to hospital. Not sure why. You better off calling a Uber or have someone drive you to the hospital. The Good: AC, stove, microwave, washer, dryer, dish washer, vending machine, parking, gym, customer service, security, etc. Expect high noise levels during the weekend, young students love to party hard! If you seek total peace and quiet, good luck! Make sure you have friends to hang out with or make new friends. You might feel lonely in them apartments. Lastly, clean all furniture and bathroom before using to protect yourself. The cleaning staff does minimal work. You have to put in the labor to get it clean to your satisfaction.
