Living with Foundation my senior year at Syracuse was amazing! The houses are super nice and equipped with everything you need including brand new appliances! The Foundation team is super helpful and I was also able to have the opportunity to intern with them while I lived there! Being able to connect with the team brought a new element to living there that really made me feel at home!

Whether the house itself or the team over at Foundation, living at one of their properties was the highlight of my college experience. It was not only an opportunity for me to enjoy a high quality home during my final years of college, but also a truly incredible place to spend valuable time with the friends. Foundation's unique approach to designing and furnishing a home really made me feel as though the space was not only a home, but also a place for me to push myself to achieve. I started a business from the "collaboration space" the basement of my house. The team is incredibly friendly, helpful, and truly make you feel supported by providing not only a great product, but also a fantastic culture of attention to detail, and ultimately helping you live an unforgettable student experience. Would go back in a heart beat!

Foundation was a fantastic housing company! I lived with them my senior year at SU, and my roommates and I absolutely adored our house. They took excellent care of the property, which made living there so easy and stress-free. Foundation truly goes above and beyond to support their residents. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for hassle-free student housing.
