Love this place! You can really tell a lot of care went into designing and building these homes. The attention to detail makes it a great place to live!

Ownership and Management here is absolutely amazing — they truly care about the community and it shows in everything they do. Our residents, especially student groups like fraternities and sororities, love living here because of the welcoming environment and supportive team. It’s a great place to call home away from home!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Heather and Campus Prime. The apartment is gorgeous, new and so light and bright. Heather really looks out for her tenants, which as a Mother makes me so happy. She even makes gluten free goodies for my daughter! Don’t hesitate to rent through them as they really go out of their way to build a special community with their tenants. Thank you Heather and Campus Prime for being such great landlords.

My roommates and I recently moved in and Campus Prime is hands down the best student housing in Syracuse! Responsive staff, convenient location, community feel, and we love the natural lighting in our apartment!

Heather and Mike are incredibly helpful and responsive. I love the feeling of community they have created in the area of Walnut and Madison Street and I have never once felt unsafe in my apartment.
