I’m quite pleased with the 505 apartment. It’s always spotless and well-maintained, and the management team is pretty responsive to any issues. The front desk staff are friendly and go above and beyond, especially with handling packages and offering complimentary snacks, which is a real perk. The apartment is decked out with quality furniture, upscale kitchen appliances, and top-of-the-line gym equipment, making it a real pleasure living here. Plus, the shuttle service to campus is always on time, making everything so convenient. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to stay.

If you're considering leasing here, please reconsider. This apartment complex is heavily promoted as something it’s not, and the reality falls far short of what they advertise. Package Management is a Nightmare: You never know when your packages actually arrive. Staff rarely use the Luxer system, making it nearly impossible to track deliveries. I've had multiple instances where I had to find my own packages because they leave all the packages in the Amazon bin and make the tenants sort through them in order to locate their packages. Shuttle Service is Unreliable: The shuttle rarely comes on time especially in the evening, if it comes at all. Attached is evidence of a driver just getting into the bus at when they were supposed to be at a stop picking up students. There's no way to track the shuttles in real-time like other apartment complexes offer, and management doesn't communicate updates about delays or cancellations. Zero Accountability: The lack of communication and tracking systems shows a complete disregard for residents' needs. Other apartments in the area have reliable shuttle tracking and package management, this one doesn't even try. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere. The marketed amenities don't match the actual living experience.

This place has really gone downhill over the past few years. I signed a 6 month lease because I went abroad. The room they put me in upon move in had black mold in the shower, black mold in the washing machine, the blinds were completely tangled (unable to open/close), the fridge was full of rotten food and mold, the locks didn't work on the doors, the toilet paper holder was hanging off the wall, the garbage disposal in the sink doesn't work, and the girls at the front desk said maintenance can help mount my TV. I filled out several work orders and nothing was done. They eventually agreed to replace the washing machine but that's all they did. My roommate constantly smokes weed even though it's supposed to be a "smoke-free building," yet every night it smells like skunk. I requested to be in a smoke-free room yet I am suffering every night. Every time I try to contact the apartment about my concerns, they ignore it and nothing is done. DO NOT LIVE HERE! There are so many other better/safer/newer options. Don't let the advertising and tours fool you.

I love living at the 505! It is very modern and clean. The front desk is also very nice and helpful.
