The Quarters at Stillwater, stillwater-ok

This was my daughter’s first time to live in an apartment and the staff is so friendly and the maintenance is top notch! Her apartment never has parking issues, she feels safe, and the location is perfect! So glad she has this cute place to be her home away from home.

As a resident at The Brooks, I can confidently say that my experience has been a positive one. The office staff is always helpful and attentive. I’d like to recognize Gabrielle for consistently going above and beyond whenever I need assistance. Her professionalism and kindness do not go unnoticed. Thank you to the entire team for making this a welcoming place to call home.

I lived at this complex for 3 consecutive years, and did not have any major complaints until PEAKMADE Real Estate took over as management and renamed the complex to The Brooks at Stillwater. Not only did this management increase the rent for the next year by almost $200 a month for the cheapest unit option, but these people claimed to have “lost” all the residents’ move-in inspection forms, so if the previous management neglected to repair any damages to your unit when you moved in, you suddenly had hundreds of dollars worth of cleaning/damage charges on your account when moving out, and no way to fight it. The lack of professionalism and honesty with this new management is not only appalling, it’s criminal. Save yourself from radical increases in rent and bogus account charges by picking any other apartment complex in Stillwater! I hear Apple Creek is great!

I love The Brooks! This is definitely one of the nicer apartments in Stillwater. They have tons of amenities for students, such as a gym, a pool, a dogpark, and even academic resources. The staff is super helpful too! I recommend Audrel, he’s very patient and knowledgeable, and is always happy to help. I would definitely recommend The Brooks to my friends and family!

I’ve been looking for an apartment for next year, and after touring a lot of places and talking to different people, The Brooks at Stillwater is definitely at the top of my list! Gabby was incredibly sweet and welcoming. She showed me around the property and took the time to walk me through all the different floor plans and options they have and answered all my questions. Highly recommend asking for her if you tour!
