The Quarters at Stillwater, stillwater-ok

This was my daughter’s first time to live in an apartment and the staff is so friendly and the maintenance is top notch! Her apartment never has parking issues, she feels safe, and the location is perfect! So glad she has this cute place to be her home away from home.

I had such a great experience working with Rylie at this apartment complex! From the very beginning, she made me feel genuinely welcomed and comfortable. She has such a positive attitude and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything runs smoothly. Rylie makes the entire process simple and stress-free, which really stands out. She’s professional, friendly, and always willing to help with any questions or concerns. It’s honestly always a great experience being around her because she truly cares about people and provides excellent customer service. If you get the chance to work with Rylie, you’ll definitely be in good hands! Highly recommend.

As a resident at The Brooks, I can confidently say that my experience has been a positive one. The office staff is always helpful and attentive. I’d like to recognize Gabrielle for consistently going above and beyond whenever I need assistance. Her professionalism and kindness do not go unnoticed. I love The Brooks! This is definitely one of the nicer apartments in Stillwater. They have tons of amenities for students, such as a gym, a pool, a dogpark, and even academic resources. The staff is super helpful too! I recommend Audrel, he’s very patient and knowledgeable, and is always happy to help. I would definitely recommend The Brooks to my friends and family!

I loved living here! The staff made it so much better. Rylie is the best! She’s really good at explaining things to me when I have questions. Josh has also done a fantastic job of keeping the property clean. Bravo to you two.
