We were searching for an apartment as my daughter will be attending Oklahoma State University. We visited several apartments in the area, but after visiting Midtown At Stillwater Apartments, it stood out as the best choice. The leasing agent, London, was exceptional in customer service. From the moment we arrived, he greeted us warmly, provided a comprehensive tour of the property, and offered all the necessary information. London has consistently followed up with us professionally since our visit. He guided us through the entire application process and helped us finalize the lease contract. London’s exceptional leasing skills made this a seamless experience. Thanks London!

If you are looking for a place to live go anywhere but here. you would be better off living further off campus so you actually receive quality living. I have dealt with a year of fire alarms going off at all hours of the night, tenants who don’t respect the quiet hours, the constant smell of weed, dirty floors, broken elevators, faulty wifi, workers that destroyed our apartment, a wrongfully towed car that i never received communication on despite reaching out several times, and several hidden fees including service charges for pre existing issues. I have also received rude communication several times regarding move in or 6 dollars that was applied after my auto pay had already paid off the months rent. They were late in applying the fee and bombarded me until I manually gave them the 6 dollars even though it was their fault they didn’t have it. There are all kinds of hidden fees and the apartment complex itself is gross. There was a pile of throw up by our back door for 2 months. It finally went away after a storm but was never cleaned by midtown maintenance. This throw up was in an outdoor common area. At one point they came into our apartment to do maintenance and the maintenance workers left a large mess in our apartment, used my roommates bathroom and didn’t clean up after themselves and stole a towel from one of our rooms. I cannot wait to get out of this forsaken apartment complex. They towed my car with no explanation when it was in a parking spot. I reached out after to try and understand and never received a reply. This event cost me 300+ dollars and they never even notified me that they had my car towed. Please live anywhere but here!!!

Maintenance at this apartment complex is truly the best, they are always there when you need them, and they are the nicest people I’ve ever come across. They are so willing and happy to help and fix things that are going wrong. They are awesome.

DO NOT move into these apartments. They will absolutely scam you. I’ve lived here for a year, within the first 3 or so months, the price of my rent changed multiple times, they WILL enter your apartment and tell you AFTER, they’ve left our door unlocked a few times now. Not to mention, you can almost never speak to an actual person from the front office, always a robot. The company that owns them will not answer call if you try to go above the office with any complaint. Additionally, don’t even dream of being a broke college student and paying your rent late. I was hit with 250 dollars of “legal fees” (no further explanation) after I paid my rent AND all late fees. These people are truly despicable, they target and scam college students because of how little renters knowledge we have. Absolutely not worth it.
