Alight Stillwater, stillwater-ok

I’ve lived at Alight for about four years now, and this is honestly the best the team has been. Tayler on the maintenance crew is awesome; he’s super knowledgeable, professional, and always gets things done quickly and thoroughly! He’s also just a great person and made my experience here so much better. You can tell he really cares about his work and the residents. The whole team in general has been great. Thanks for making my time in Stillwater such a good experience!

Tayler from maintenance did an amazing job! Super professional, quick to respond, and really knew what he was doing. He fixed the issue efficiently and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. Friendly, respectful, and always cleans up after he’s done couldn’t ask for better service. Definitely appreciate his hard work and would recommend him to anyone needing maintenance!

genuinely, my experience has been made so much better by Jay! he’s always so kind whenever i come in, and he’s so attentive! he’s always looking out for people and is such a genuine sweetheart. i had an issue with my mailbox a little while back, and he was on top of helping me get things figured out.

This place may seem cheap. But you definitely get what you pay for and some. The facilities are bare minimum. I’ve been here little under a year. Our AC has gone out twice and our heater broke over the winter storm and they tried to stick us with the bill because they bought the cheapest HVAC units overall I would recommend staying somewhere else. That might be a little more expensive, but with much less of a headache, the office staff are pretty nice however maintenance staff are much less than desirable. There have been several leaks of water and some reported floods in this apartment just in the course of two years and maintenance has been in and out about 15 to 20 times and the course of nine months. Will not be renewing lease

Maintenance team is amazing here!! we spent months trying to get them to fix our dryer and they came a lot of times and fixed it but only for a couple weeks did it work then it would break again! Lucky the new maintenance guy, Taylor ( new to us) saw the issue and immediately placed us an order to get a new one!
