This is Jordyn again since I can’t reply to your awful reply Caitie, I find your response extremely frustrating because many of these concerns were, in fact, brought to the attention of your leasing staff throughout my lease. It is not my responsibility to ensure that the concerns I reported to leasing agents were properly documented or escalated to management. Suggesting that there are no records of these issues does not mean they did not occur. I reported concerns regarding the condition of my unit, maintenance interactions, parking issues, and safety concerns. In fact, before move-in, I requested an early move-in due to accepting a job that worked well with my school schedule. I was told this was not possible because it takes two weeks to thoroughly clean and prepare units between residents. Had I moved into a unit that reflected that explanation, I would have understood. Instead, I walked into a unit with footprints throughout, paint splatters, excessive dust, and conditions that clearly indicated it had not been properly cleaned. What is most disappointing is that your response seems to imply that because management does not have records of these complaints, my experience is somehow inaccurate. The reality is that I communicated concerns to the staff members available to me. If those concerns were never documented or elevated, that reflects a breakdown in communication within your office, not a failure on my part as a resident. I shared my review to accurately reflect my experience living at the property. While I appreciate the invitation to discuss these concerns now, many of these issues occurred throughout my lease term and should have been addressed when they were originally reported.

This would be a good place to stay if management wasn’t so dismissive of residents’ concerns. When I first moved in, my mattress was moldy and had to be replaced. They eventually replaced it, but acted like it was a huge inconvenience. I let it go and tried to move on. Before move-in, I was offered a job that would have worked perfectly with my school schedule as a working student. I asked if I could move in a little early, but was told no because management needed two weeks to thoroughly clean and prepare all of the units. Normally, I would have completely understood that. However, when I finally moved in, the apartment was far from move-in ready. There were footprints throughout the unit, paint splatters in multiple places, dust everywhere, and it honestly looked like no one had been in there since the previous resident moved out. After being told that extensive cleaning was the reason I couldn’t move in early, the condition of the apartment was extremely disappointing. Another major issue is parking. Management is extremely strict about residents having parking passes, yet parking is barely regulated. They don’t consistently check passes, so people who actually live here often can’t park near their own buildings because guests and unauthorized vehicles take up the spaces. After a long day of work or classes, it’s frustrating having to park several buildings away. As a woman, walking alone late at night from a parking spot five buildings away doesn’t always feel safe. One night I parked on the line so I wouldn’t have to make that walk in the dark. I fully understand that I shouldn’t have parked there, and I got up early the next morning to move my car. Instead, maintenance put a large “No Parking” sticker on my window as I was walking to move my car. The entrance and exit of this complex are already difficult enough to navigate, and the sticker created an unnecessary safety hazard by obstructing my view if I were to get hurt where they gonna help with my medical bills no. The maintenance issues don’t stop there. After submitting a maintenance request, maintenance workers either smoked inside or brought cigarettes into my apartment and left a cigarette but behind. When I reported it to the front office, they immediately denied it instead of addressing the concern. I have a registered cat, and if my pet had eaten one of those cigarette butts and gotten sick, would anyone have taken responsibility? Overall, I feel like residents are treated as numbers rather than people. Concerns are brushed aside, and accountability is lacking. There are much better student housing options in Statesboro, and I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere before signing a lease here.

I’ve had a great experience living here! The apartment was clean and move-in ready, and the furnishings made everything super convenient. Maintenance is quick to respond, and the staff has always been helpful and professional. The location is also really nice and feels safe. Overall, it’s been a comfortable and stress-free place to live I would definitely recommend it!

Great job with everything; I just don't know what tiered rent is about. I love the pool and hot tub. The leasing agents all have wonderful personalities and very helpful. It has been a peaceful place to live. I haven't witnessed any loud parties going on. I have seen security vehicles ride the property, while walking my dog, making sure there were no problems. This made me feel more comfortable and safe walking in the late evening.
