Lived here for two years. The property and units really are “luxury” and the rent and prices reflect that, haha. Their roommate matching process is insanely accurate. Both of my roommates were just to my specifications: extra, extra clean, and quiet, just like me. Absolutely MASSIVE closets. I will miss my closet the most. TL;DR: 8/10 living community. Place is fr luxury. Management isn’t the best, but what corporate apartment management team is? They attempt to help you half the time as long as the issue isn’t insanely difficult. Excessive number of fees that add up each month on top of rent. Needs a better gate system that actually makes the community gated. Current gate system is a waste of resident’s money. My Gripes: 1) unfair judging system for holiday door decorating contest. I should’ve won. 2) Management dropped the ball once or twice with several of my very expensive items going missing during the turnover process. I stored some of my extra stuff in my roommate’s empty room that she moved out of early. They claimed they threw everything away and suggested I check the trash. I went dumpster diving for 3 hours looking for it. They managed to “find” half the items after I told them the prices of all the stuff combined. When I asked to see the camera footage in the hallway to try to find who may have picked up my items from the hallway trash cans, of course the cameras right there were “broken.” “Miraculously”, they were able to “recover” half of my items, (none of my stuff was actually thrown away to begin with, like I suspected) and they were perfectly clean, not looking like they were thrown away at all. My brand new pearl pink, vintage-style suitcase that was also “thrown away” was of course, never “recovered”… I suspect the cleaning crew that originally tossed all my stuff gifted it to someone they knew,,, lucky girl whoever she is getting a brand new suitcase set like that. 3) Besides that major issue, and besides management + office staff always ignoring my questions/emails half the time (“what paint color is used on the walls so I can buy a gallon?” “Can you check the cameras and help me find who stole the sign off my front door?” And several other questions over the two years I can’t remember), living here was actually a very nice experience. I didn’t care for paying an extra $100 in community fees a month, (paying extra for WiFi when you have your own router, and “trash valet” when the hallways smell like hot garbage weekly…), but the place was nice. 4) They need to get a better gate system though, one that isn’t open 24/7 during high traffic times of the year (why were the gates open 24/7 during popular game days or days where there was a concert nearby? I shouldn’t have to fight for parking with a bunch of random guests who are only here for a game or other event. Ridiculous when I pay to live here.) the current gate lets non-residents sneak in with actual residents. What’s the point of living in a gated community if 3 people can sneak in behind an actual resident?

The Hampton's was a great place to live. Maintenance and management always responded quickly to my son's needs while he lived there. The property has great amenities and activities for everyone. We loved the Hamptons...thanks to Brad and Marisa for everything.

I loveddddd living here! It’s super clean, friendly, and quiet. The rooms are pretty big and come with a huge closet too. Wish I could’ve stayed- only thing I didn’t like was that they didn’t call to ask if I wanted to renew before leasing mine to someone else. Not sure if this is normal with student housing but it’s my first time in this type of housing so maybe it’s not unusual that that happens.

A pretty nice living space compared to the apartments around here but a bit pricey, and you need your own furniture.

My daughter has really enjoyed the Hamptons so far! I would absolutely recommend it to any college student! I feel safe with her there and the amenities are outstanding. The staff is all so helpful and quick to respond. We even had a young man, Hunter, help us at move in and he couldn't have been nicer! A+ place to live!
