I mean the front office looks like a resort, but as soon as you actually come in you start noticing that is dirty, in bad shape, wifi is slow. They say they have a premier dog park but is literally falling apart and a liability for my dog, everytime we go is just uncomfortable and dangerous. And yeah utilities are not included, even thought when I signed the girl said they were😬. My third year in Statesboro I’ve moved every year and this one has to be the most disappointing place I’ve lived. I’m just lazy to move out again so probably staying here. It would be nice if they walked around the complex every once in a while to see what’s like dangerous or in bad shape. Not to mention the first apartment they gave me was completely trashed. Feel bad writing this review but nothing is being made but when it’s time to pay rent they make sure to remind you to pay. Will be adding pictures of the dog park and the first apartment I received, they charged me after I complained but how can you let someone move in to a place like that when your apartment model looks like a hotel. Oh and btw, I had a roaches on my AC. So yeah probably don’t make the same mistake a lot of us that live here did and look somewhere else.

I forgot to update this with moving in but my move went pretty smoothly, and there was only minor damages inside the apartment. I really like how easy the app is to use and pay/request service. The wifi company has been a bit weird though, so as a student, it can be a bit scary to take a timed test. Anytime I have a question, the connection is always quick to respond, and are very friendly.

Been here since 2024. They have great staff, competitive prices and pet friendly. When needing something fixed, they fix it. They also understand life happens and are willing to work with you if something comes up. Hoping to stay here for many more years.

I am giving Amber G. A five star review. Under any form of stress, this individual puts that aside to assist the residents including myself. Everyday, we get the same Amber no matter. When I visit the office, it is her who I look for due to her customer service. Please give her the recognition she deserves! The property is great, but it is the ones who work in it, who make it.

I literally moved out today, and living here turned into one of the worst renting experiences I’ve had. When I first moved in, my rent started at $1,680. I made it clear from the beginning that I had dogs, and they let me live there for about six months without saying anything about additional pet fees. Then suddenly my rent jumped to $1,830 because they decided to add pet fees that were never clearly addressed up front. On top of that, I started getting random overage charges from previous months, which pushed my rent to over $2,200 some months. It felt like new charges just kept appearing with little explanation. For the amount they charge, the condition of the property is unacceptable. The outside areas are dirty, trash sits in the wooded areas around the buildings, and it doesn’t look like management keeps up with the property the way they should. Inside the apartment was even worse. There was visible mold around the windows and window sills, which is completely unacceptable for any apartment, especially one charging this kind of rent. The roach problem was out of control. I bombed the apartment multiple times and constantly sprayed, but it didn’t matter. The roaches kept coming back. It got so bad that for the last couple of months I couldn’t even cook in my own kitchen because the moment food touched the counter or stove, roaches would immediately come out and crawl on it. Paying over $2,000 a month to deal with mold, roaches, surprise fees, and poor property maintenance is ridiculous. I’m honestly just relieved to finally be out of there. If you’re thinking about moving here, seriously consider other options first.
