Cottage Row, statesboro-ga

Cottage row has been home the last few years and I would recommend it to anyone looking for student housing in Statesboro. The place the people and staff are always kind and willing to help. Bring a swimsuit because the pool is a hot spot and if you’re bored on a Saturday at cottage row that’s on you because there is always something happening around the community! I would recommend going unfurnished like I did and make the cottage your home. Also don’t be afraid to put in work orders and ask for help when needed. Also follow them on social media to see what’s going on throughout the year!

I definitely was excited about my stay at Cottage Row. From day one I walked into roaches and dog hair, fragile cabinet, falling out drawers, cracks in the ceiling above stairs, and more. I will say they came in a fixed things sometimes and sometimes their solution did nothing. Roommate matching was 3/10. The noise I encountered at night was ridiculous and I never got to use the pool really because it was always over the 32 people limit. The stair fell apart very often and the railing even came off the wall when my 88 year old great grandma came for a visit. I also had a few quarrels with the staff. Some of the staff are pretty great though! The walls are thin, but that wasn’t a problem for me too much. Utilities are kinda high but if you manage you will be okay. I have had to call the cops 2 times and gradually as time passed I was so excited for my lease to end.

My daughter resides in Cottage Row. I couldn't be happier with the ownership, facilities, and service of the members in the office. They are responsive, caring, and extremely helpful when parents need assistance. I give my wholehearted recommendation to anyone needing a great place to have their children live.

John the maintenance man at Cottage Row has made my experience great since moving in! Any issues I may have have been taken care immediately with now questions asked. Definitely the best maintenance crew I’ve seen at an apartment complex!

The maintenance team is amazing, every time I put in a maintenance order the problem or issues are fixed and resolved in a timely manner. John is amazing and does an amazing job and I can’t remember the lady’s name that comes with him but they are the absolute BEST maintenance duo ever! Even when you see them when they aren’t on the clock, they are the most kind and friendliest people you could ever meet. I would 1000% recommend them to fix any issue you have while staying here, they’ve made my 2 years living here worth it honestly.
