Westside Village Apartments, state-college-pa

Westside village has been so wonderful to live with over the past couple months. Our property was bought by them earlier this year and they has promptly addressed all of our maintenance concerns. When issues are brought up they are handled quickly and graciously.

Useless company when there are parking issues. I was told they called the tow company on me, claiming my car was parked on their property. AFTER paying the towing company, I call to double-check, and it turns out it isn't even their property. Then, they keep saying there is nothing they can do. These people are liars and scammers. All these companies care about is getting their money. Useless liars. Watch out if you live here!

Great location for classes on the west side of campus, walking distance to the bars. Monte Carlo’s is amazing. Maintenance guys get the job done. Only down side is the dryers do not dry your clothes.

Westside Village manages many student properties, and I believe they genuinely care about offering the best value possible in terms of quality and pricing. The maintenance crew is out daily, consistently servicing and improving the properties. The office staff is knowledgeable, courteous, and quick to problem-solve, making full use of their virtual systems to provide efficient service. It’s a large operation, but when areas for improvement are raised, they are promptly noted and passed along for review and action. Having rented from various properties in my lifetime, I would strongly recommend Westside Village to students and families. They have the capacity to manage a large portfolio while still providing prompt solutions and the personal care that only a local, family-owned business can deliver.

Lived here for 3 years of my 4 years total and have never been disappointed by the service. Quick maintenance requests and helpful staff always!
