The view is awesome!! Great amenities and wonderful pickleball court!! Renewed and can’t wait for next year!! Crystal from day 1 of signing my lease has been the sweetest.. I can always count on her! If you are debating on where to live i’m Happy Valley this is definitely the place for you!!! I can’t wait for next year

I’ve lived here for 2 years and overall had a really good experience. As I’m graduating, I’ll definitely miss living here. The rooms are spacious, having your own bathroom is a huge plus, and the price is honestly good for what you’re getting compared to other apartments in the area/downtown. Management and maintenance have always been helpful and responsive, and I really loved having access to the CATA bus since it made getting around super convenient. That being said, there are definitely some downsides. The wifi is pretty unreliable and often doesn’t work well, the walls are very thin so you can hear neighbors next door and above, and I could constantly hear the dryer clicking from my room. I’m also frustrated that the office has been under renovation for months, so residents have had to use The Valley’s amenities instead. Overall, it’s been a solid place to live with a convenient location, good-sized rooms, and helpful management. While there are definitely some noise and maintenance issues that could be improved, I’ve enjoyed my time here and will miss living here after graduation.

I have really enjoyed my time living in the view! I am super excited for the pool and clubhouse to reopen. The fireplace is one of my favorite things. Gabriella is super helpful with any questions or needs. I love having my own bathroom and closet!

I have lived at The View for my Sophomore and Junior year at Penn State and renewed my lease to live there again for my Senior year because it is just so amazing. The staff is incredible and always does their best to accommodate any situation. Maintenance is fast and reliable and has fixed any problem within hours of a request being sent. The amenities are beautiful and the facilities are always clean. The View clubhouse is currently being renovated, so View residents can go down to The Valley to use their amenities which has been super convenient. The units are so spacious and my roommates and I enjoy being able to have our own space to study in our own rooms, while still being able to socialize in our living room area. The monthly events are awesome and a great way to interact with The View and Valley community. I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking for an apartment in State College!

From August to now, I have loved my time at the View. The management is quick to respond with any issues, and the maintenance team is very respectful and are able to be in and out with their work. I haven’t had any issues and I love how close the property is to campus. The bus system is also very reliable. The amenities are super nice, such as the gym and pool. Excited to see what the renovated version has to offer. Specifically want to shout out Nia Savanna, one of the leasing agents and staff members at the view. They were to help guide me on where the visitor parking lot was.
