Honestly, I lived here for two years and I do not recommend it all. First of all, as soon as you move-in, they charge you a crazy amount of fees for everything. Second of all, their amenities were usually not operating, such as the pool, hot tub, and treadmills. I was willing to overlook all of this, yet in my move-out they charged me $116 dollars as the cleaning fee for the smallest details although I left it pristine. I have lots of videos and photos to show this. I am honestly sick of this place! I really have no hope that they will return my security deposit. I'm glad I have finally found a reasonably priced place elsewhere.

⭐ 1 Star — Avoid This Complex This apartment complex is completely unacceptable. Students were placed in an apartment with an adult non-student male who already lived there, with no disclosure beforehand. This raised serious safety and comfort concerns that management failed to address. The unit was dirty at move-in, including visible grease stains in the kitchen. We have photo evidence. After reporting these issues, the students were the first to move out, and when the adult roommate later left his furniture behind, management tried charging the students for it — despite them not being responsible. Due to how poorly this was handled, we chose not to stay here this year. Lack of accountability, unsafe practices, and unfair billing. Do not recommend. EDIT: Your response fails to address the core issue: you knowingly placed three young men into an apartment with an unrelated adult male who had documented mental health issues and was already living there. That decision alone put these students at risk and created an unsafe living environment from day one.

Even before moving in, The Bryn has felt like home. The aesthetic, location, rent, and amenities is what made me choose this place! They also hold activities for the residents down in the office area and they are always super fun! The only downside I have had so far is that the pool has not been open since I have moved in and the hot tub was also closed super early this year. The internet can be iffy but hopefully with the new internet service, that will change.

If you considering the Bryn, don't. When my roommate and I moved in, the apartment was NOTHING like the model apartment we were shown. We live in one of the newest apartments and its was not up to par. The model had brand new cherry wood cabinets and granite counter tops with brand new appliances and wood floors. We were told we would get something VERY similar to the model since they were the newest apartments. These are pictures of our apartment. It has very outdated appliances, laminate counter tops that are coming up, and a sink that still hasn't been fixed by maintenance that was made aware of the situation the day we moved into the apartment (6 months ago). In addition to the sink, the only large burner on our stove top does not work, the light in our kitchen is dying, and my roommate's toilet constantly runs. We have contacted maintenance about all of the above and are still waiting. Also, when we moved in the apartment was FILTHY. It had not been cleaned since the previous residents. The only thing that was semi-clean was the stove only because it had stove cleaner all in it and had literally 1 wipe mark on the door. It had not been touched since. At first glance it is all okay, but it is short lived. There is paint on EVERYTHING. It is on my roommate and I's mattresses, desk chairs, the desks themselves, the windows, the mirrors in our bathroom, the carpet in our bedrooms, the furniture in the living room, etc. The paint also has hair stuck in it and giant drip spots can be found all over the apartment. I have also found mold growing in both my roommate and I's bedrooms (pictures attached) because the windows are so poorly caulked (if they are at all). For over $800 in rent, it is not worth it. Also, since living here, the utilities have almost doubled. The apartments are cheaply made. My roommate and I can hear people having a normal conversation outside (we are on the 3rd floor) and our neighbors budding up to us and from across the hall all hours of the night. The walls are paper thin so it is hard to get any sleep. And the list goes on.... All in all, we are very disappointed with the quality of living here and would not recommend to anyone. Both my roommate and I are moving out this semester as we refuse to continue to live here.

Actually the worst place to live if you don't want your packages to be mishandled. Every time I order a package, they take their sweet time moving it into the mail-room and then they have the gall to act as if you're impatient. Packages will collect in the reception area and you aren't able to pick up yours because they tell you to wait so that it can be moved into a mail-room that anyone can get into at any given point in time. It is extremely frustrating and they have done this for every package and it is an unpleasant experience every time.
