Highly suggest not choosing these apartments for yourself or others. After housing with 4 different companies, the Bryn has been the worst by far. Upon our move in, it was obvious that there was little cleaning done during the transition and some things were obviously held together just to present as nice. Blinds were taped together, there was rotting wood and mold on the wall in some areas, and it was clear that not much except the absolutely necessary things were done in preparation for our arrival. It was to the point where we actually found many of the old tenants items still around. During the time, there were a number of issues. Parking passes would be out, the printers don’t work, internet going out, packages were lost, misplaced, or not checked in by staff, to name a few. These sound like mainly normal issues, but it was always one thing after another. When issues occur, staff members are often not helpful and very undesirable to interact with. They do not seem trained to handle any common issues, and many of them have an off-putting energy when helping. At the time of our move out, we were then charged for the old tenant’s items (as mentioned before, they were there when we moved in) as well as other small “damages” that have been there since move in. When attempting to dispute these damages and supply proof, there was no response from them. I even reached out for a second time, to get no response again. So in summary, it wasn’t even mediocre at best from move-in to move-out. I would highly advise to spend the same rent prices somewhere else and save yourself the stress.

Honestly, I lived here for two years and I do not recommend it all. First of all, as soon as you move-in, they charge you a crazy amount of fees for everything. Second of all, their amenities were usually not operating, such as the pool, hot tub, and treadmills. I was willing to overlook all of this, yet in my move-out they charged me $116 dollars as the cleaning fee for the smallest details although I left it pristine. I have lots of videos and photos to show this. I am honestly sick of this place! I really have no hope that they will return my security deposit. I'm glad I have finally found a reasonably priced place elsewhere.

Even before moving in, The Bryn has felt like home. The aesthetic, location, rent, and amenities is what made me choose this place! They also hold activities for the residents down in the office area and they are always super fun! The only downside I have had so far is that the pool has not been open since I have moved in and the hot tub was also closed super early this year. The internet can be iffy but hopefully with the new internet service, that will change.

If you considering the Bryn, don't. When my roommate and I moved in, the apartment was NOTHING like the model apartment we were shown. We live in one of the newest apartments and its was not up to par. The model had brand new cherry wood cabinets and granite counter tops with brand new appliances and wood floors. We were told we would get something VERY similar to the model since they were the newest apartments. These are pictures of our apartment. It has very outdated appliances, laminate counter tops that are coming up, and a sink that still hasn't been fixed by maintenance that was made aware of the situation the day we moved into the apartment (6 months ago). In addition to the sink, the only large burner on our stove top does not work, the light in our kitchen is dying, and my roommate's toilet constantly runs. We have contacted maintenance about all of the above and are still waiting. Also, when we moved in the apartment was FILTHY. It had not been cleaned since the previous residents. The only thing that was semi-clean was the stove only because it had stove cleaner all in it and had literally 1 wipe mark on the door. It had not been touched since. At first glance it is all okay, but it is short lived. There is paint on EVERYTHING. It is on my roommate and I's mattresses, desk chairs, the desks themselves, the windows, the mirrors in our bathroom, the carpet in our bedrooms, the furniture in the living room, etc. The paint also has hair stuck in it and giant drip spots can be found all over the apartment. I have also found mold growing in both my roommate and I's bedrooms (pictures attached) because the windows are so poorly caulked (if they are at all). For over $800 in rent, it is not worth it. Also, since living here, the utilities have almost doubled. The apartments are cheaply made. My roommate and I can hear people having a normal conversation outside (we are on the 3rd floor) and our neighbors budding up to us and from across the hall all hours of the night. The walls are paper thin so it is hard to get any sleep. And the list goes on.... All in all, we are very disappointed with the quality of living here and would not recommend to anyone. Both my roommate and I are moving out this semester as we refuse to continue to live here.

Lovely place to stay, experience, and explore the student life. I am staying here from last four months and it's really good. Walmart and the shops are so close, busstop is less than a minute walk, a great inhouse gym, other amenities, and the super helpful reception desk with spontaneous support for any requirements anytime. I recommend this awesome place, The Bryn
