We had an efficiency with den in 1996-1997. I feel like it was illegal because the windows were tiny and high off the ground. Our bedroom had no windows. Our heat was free so we took advantage of that. Our friend was constantly towed from the lot and so we were late to class lol. I remember the sewage bubbled up into our bathtub once but maintenance responded quickly.

I think the Apartment Store itself kinda sucks BUT this apartment was great overall. Had it for my 2nd year, was super clean and overall just a nice and cute place. We had the renovated unit, and it was great. My room was huge, and so was my roommates. Kitchen was pretty big and had new equipment. Laundry could be a pain to get to depending on where you were in the building, but it still worked out fine. I'd suggest it. Only thing is DON'T have someone park there if they don't have a pass; they will be towed since it's a monitored lot. Walk can be far, but just get to the White Loop stop earlier than others, and it'll be just fine. Would recommend.

Good management, maintenance was always helpful if needed. There are mice that live in the walls, but never made it into the apartment itself. Not bad for a college apartment and fairly priced.

Lived here 3 years, not bad, although walls are kind of thin, so you can hear stuff that otherwise you wouldn't want to hear..(iykyk). One of the 2 doors kinda leaves a bit of space on the low side, and I feel that the cold air coming through, costing me more in heating and electricity.

I was locked out of my apartment late at night and called the emergency number. THEY HUNG UP ON ME. I called again… they responded and I told them what was wrong and THEY HUNG UP ON ME AGAIN! My friend called me and they did the same to her. They don’t care. I genuinely had no way in so My friends and I had to throw our friend up to my window to get in. RIDICULOUS
