I have had the most wonderful experience working with Nevins. I signed my lease from Antarctica, with no ability to make a phone call or see the apartment in person. Despite this, the staff were and have continued to be nothing but understanding, communicative, and helpful, which has made the entire process easy. I felt good from my first interaction and my experiences since have continued to validate that. Move in was very easy and my apartment was clean and ready to go. They have been understanding of all concerns, as well as prompt to handle anything that comes up. Would recommend!
