Cedar Lofts East Apartments, state-college-pa

I lived at Cedar Lofts East from 2021-2023. I have several Pros and Cons to share about my experience to help out if you are looking to live there! Pros: - Good price for the size. Our unit had 6 people in it- our rent was in the range of 700-1000 pp based on shared rooms and room sqft. - We loved the layout! Open concept in the shared living areas was enjoyable, especially for students who like having friends over. - Full sized washer and dryer in-unit. Cons: - Tight parking. We had 4 spots that I believe were included. Spaced are narrow and sometimes your spot could be parked in. Maintenance blocked my car in/out of my spot which was frustrating. - Location. The apartments are a 20ish minute walk to the center of campus and you have to cross a road with limited visibility. I’d suggest using the white loop bus to get to west campus, the bus stop is a few minutes from the building. - Thin walls and ceiling. We were on a bottom unit which was okay on the lower floor, but you could hear the unit above us from the main level. Overall, we had a nice time living here! WE ARE!
